@YarisHatchback in modern meme culture; when a meme (video typically) is showing/depicting a cat the caption will usually state "car" (a word typically in use of reference to a motorized vehicle) however, in this context refers to a cat typically the one on screen and not a motorized vehicle. Thus by reverse engineering that joke, you would say "cat" as a reference not only to the cat/car meme. But as a way of switching the titles thus creating a funny joke.
