The pitch problem might have something to do with how how much lift the plane has for its mass, maybe increasing the size of the wings could help with that. I never ran into the first roll problem you mentioned, but i think the second one might have to do with the wing stalling, maybe making the plane pitch slower (by decreasing the elevator surface size or rotator angle if you use those) could help fix that.
@Rjenteissussy I'm pretty sure the game generates a log file when it crashes, try searching the appdata folder (the one with the xml files) for a file with "log" on the name. Maybe the problem is displayed there.
If you set terrain to low the windmills get removed, makes the rest of the game look pretty terrible though. What exactly happens when you get to maywar? Does the game just suddenly crash?

Btw do keep in mind parts stay hidden in the designer if you save your plane* like that, so you should make sure to un-hide them with Ctrl+Shift+H before saving it. Not too big of a deal but i thought i should point that out anyways.

I haven't seen much of a performance difference to be honest, both times i tried playing on high physics i saw almost no difference in performance or gameplay.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO TAG ANY CURATORS FOR YOUR POST TO BE CURATED, ADDING THE VR TAG IS ENOUGH FOR THEM TO SEE IT!
You only actually need to tag a curator if you want them to check if your plane works well in vr before you release it, but just adding the VR tag is enough for them to see your post and curate it if it works well there. There's no need to tag a curator on every post you make if you already know how to properly space out all the things on the cockpit.

Also this thing tends to crash the game a lot, might have something to do with the guns, messing with those too much usually leads to crashes.
