@EliteIndustries1 please teach me how to know without a doubt that someone's eye has popped out with nothing other than comments and text posts by the person?
@Testin123 you were arguing with our logic to not ban him, implying that we should ban him. If that's not what you intended, maybe you should work on being less demanding in your insistence that you (and those that agree with you) are the only ones who are right, and anyone else is stupid.
Actually, it'll stress the server more when you are flying a plane around, because the game isn't simulated on the server.
If people keep blowing up huge bombs, the server host can ban them.
Failing this, we stated
we expect that this will not become a chronic problem, or an investigation will be launched
in other words
Yes, if it becomes an actual problem, we may handle it.
@Testin123
Yes, a giant bomb will blow people up.
Yes, huge explosions tend to lag.
No, that doesn't mean the goal is to break anything (aside from other planes).
No, there is no solid evidence it was intended to break anything.
No, nothing was actually broken in the end (aside from other planes).
No, it was not repeated, as you would want to do if the goal was to break something.
Yes, if it becomes an actual problem, we may handle it.
No, we are not your personal attack dogs to sic on someone you don't like.
I'd much like to see what kindle gives you 8GB of RAM... perhaps you've forgotten how to say "Hard Drive Space" or "Storage"? (very different things from RAM)
@5stars it was only a forum post before, and the only PC version was Steam - not all people can use Steam mods (e.g. they got it on GOG instead).
I "reposted" because many people requested it for various reasons
@marcox43 where it's placed will determine it's leverage.
It uses physics, just that it magically generates the torque, so for the most part position matters just like real life.
@jamesPLANESii @EliteIndustries1 server is almost never an issue with how many parts, it's however many the devices connecting can handle that you need to worry about.
@Leonelarminrocks7 Jundroo has already seen it.
They pay attention to their own user voice.
Many ideas from it have been added.
Different ideas take varying amounts of their limited time, so they can't add everything.
Besides, a better way for people to see it would be to link the User Voice site, so it doesn't have this awful formatting, and doesn't clog the forum post so much.
@Leonelarminrocks7 so it's not spam if the emails say "I repeatedly send these irrelevant messages to tons of people"?
It's not spam if the comment says "I copy paste this comment in tons of places that it doesn't belong"?
@Rugpeersdude is there a problem with the increased efficiency of the engine for your build?
Because if there isn't, you can play around with the XML values to get the same response rate of VTOL...
@MechWARRIOR57 @Rugpeersdude, this isn't the same rate as the VTOL engines (or at least, it wasn't intended to be), but you CAN increase the acceleration/response rate, with the side-effect of the engine being more efficient, see here.
Also, this is an XML Edit, or, if you must, XML Mod, to avoid confusion with actual mods
@gabrielaldrik what version are you using? Before 0.905, there may have been a bug that made the scale not work after you used the multi tool during the session, but it was fixed in 0.905.
As for being like XML editing, not even close, this mod is far more limited, but much better/nicer/smoother at rotating and positioning thing than XML.
If you want to XML edit in the editor, check out @WNP78's "Overload", which is much more extensive than the Fine Tuner (though it's not as good at positioning and rotating, since that is the Fine Tuner's primary purpose, and Overload basically just brings XML into the editor, although it's not everything XML can do, it's much more than Fine Tuner)
What? You mean the size limit for mod uploads directly to the site?
Server space isn't free.
That's why there is an external download link option on mod posts.
If you have a problem with it, perhaps you'd like the devs to make certain website features premium, and/or have ads, so they can pay for the extra server space...?
I haven't tested this, but it looks like ServiceProvider.Instance.PlayerAircraft.FuelCapacity should be for capacity...
You mean that setting ServiceProvider.Instance.PlayerAircraft.Fuelabove the fuel capacity will increase the fuel capacity?
If that's the case, just check if(ServiceProvider.Instance.PlayerAircraft.Fuel < ServiceProvider.Instance.PlayerAircraft.FuelCapacity - 0.001f) before increasing the fuel.
If it really sets the capacity even when it's below the capacity, then I'll have to check some things...
@MechWARRIOR57 I didn't "notice" because those words aren't there.
Sure, in the right circumstances, you could have perceived it that way, but you should be able to hear it again with no trouble if it's actually there, since it's literally the same recording every time it whispers.
@MechWARRIOR57 dude, I consider proof to be something that PROVES ("to establish the truth or genuineness of, as by evidence or argument") that it occurs.
Also, it's only one clip of whispering.
Same clip, every time.
So if it happened once, it'll happen again, at least, if it's for real and not "in your own head".
@MechWARRIOR57 proof please.
Otherwise, I'm gonna fall back to believing the dev that said there aren't discernable words, @joeysellers, instead of baseless rumors...
(I'm also not the only one who listened to the sound over and over again, being unable to decipher any words... But if you just provide some proof, I'd be excited to be proven wrong about this)
@TTHHSSSS C:\Users\[Your username]\AppData\LocalLow\Jundroo\SimplePlanes\Mods
If the Mods folder doesn't exist in the SimplePlanes folder, you can create it.
@geekr send me one of the very few Android devices that would be able to run multiplayer in it's current state, and I'll happily at least see if the networking asset used in the mod will even work on Android :)
(but iOS support is impossible, Apple's policy doesn't allow mods)
@Egorka2001 it depends on the purpose.
PHP and JavaScript are pretty standard for the web, though I'm not a big fan of either.
Python is pretty scalable, and has loads of resources (for both learning, and using "modules"/libraries).
C++ is a nice somewhat low-level language, potentially allowing more performance and customization of how the program handles everything, but is a bit more heavy to write and avoid memory leaks...
...
I generally like to use C#, but it's really preference and purpose that dictate what you "should" use.
@Ezri we have something in mind for making missiles much better, but currently guns and rocket pods are intentionally left out, though hopefully we can support them in the future.
@EliteIndustries1 the biggest trouble with one eye is depth perception, which you don't have on a computer screen anyway.
Check out the "Creating Mods" section here
Version 0.906:
Minor bug fix, hitting backspace while editing the F-Nudge would delete the selected part, now it doesn't.
When do you get the error?
Have you tried turning it off and then on again? (no seriously, tried restarting Unity/your PC? sometimes that works)
@EliteIndustries1 please teach me how to know without a doubt that someone's eye has popped out with nothing other than comments and text posts by the person?
@EternalDarkness one unit in Unity is a meter, the same as one unit in SP.

@Testin123 any idiot can "realize" plenty of things that may not be true, they're idiots.
I'd much like to see what kindle gives you 8GB of RAM... perhaps you've forgotten how to say "Hard Drive Space" or "Storage"? (very different things from RAM)
SimpleRockets 2, game that Jundroo (developers of SimplePlanes) is working on
@5stars it was only a forum post before, and the only PC version was Steam - not all people can use Steam mods (e.g. they got it on GOG instead).
I "reposted" because many people requested it for various reasons
@5stars what do you mean?
@BogdanX not sure what you mean...
Plenty of copters use gyroscopic technology, but I don't believe the cockpit itself is usually balancing them XD
@EliteIndustries1 kek
No big deal

@Strikefighter04 indeed, it is amusing
@Strikefighter04 That' a dog -_-
@Thatplane22 yes, it works just the same for the Steam version of the game.
@Coronal guns and rocket pods are not synced (yet, anyway)
@SirDankalot Unfortunately we haven't really had time to work on it in a while...
@Rugpeersdude is there a problem with the increased efficiency of the engine for your build?

@MetalHead666 that's how many units the arrows next to the xyz position boxes move the part by each time you click them.
@gabrielaldrik what version are you using? Before
0.905
, there may have been a bug that made the scale not work after you used the multi tool during the session, but it was fixed in0.905
.@Nickasaurus not really, you have that right whether you're platinum/gold or not...
@Leonelarminrocks7 it cost money for an Android device that would be able to handle multiplayer, assuming multiplayer even worked on Android at all.
@2416creeper You're welcome, glad you like it!

@Smasher I have difficulty believing real Russians are that wasteful of bullets and time.
@TheSovietOnion it's probably a bug, but unless/until the devs fix it, the only way is with reflection as suggested by @WNP78

Wait wait... "leaked"... While he was... in the bathroom... am I sure I want to click on that?
+1Just kidding, that looks rad!
I do hope that textures won't need to be supplied by modders, though :P

@geekr not sure what you mean? Server hosts can ban by IP address, and kick users.
@weisofns server hosts can ban by IP and kick users.
@JMicah4 because communications between client (your computer) and the server halted for longer than the connection timeout limit.

@LLenger104 sorry, physics are kinda wonky... obviously we'd like to fix it, but as long as we're working with the game's physics, I'm not sure how :/
@Ezri we have something in mind for making missiles much better, but currently guns and rocket pods are intentionally left out, though hopefully we can support them in the future.
