I had a build once that was heavily inspired by the Avatar gunships, and I used a gyro to stabilize the body so that the ducts moved relative to the body.
It was one of my favorite builds I ever made. Too bad my phone broke and I lost it.
Regardless, if you pair pitch and yaw rotators in a sequential fashion (FT works too) You get unprecedented control over your aircraft, being near instant response (depending on rotator speed)
@geek1love I don't recall where I first saw the shiny fuselage thing either, but it has become an essential part of my builds now. The addition of glass fuselages is going to change everything now though.
Well if it depends on the level of detail on the helicarrier itself. If the helicarrier is detailed, the Quinjets should be detailed as well.
Personally, as one with a potato PC, I'd say that level of detail, paired with said helicarrier, is sufficient.

To be honest, I don't really expect to win. All that counts is I did my best, I suppose. :D
I 100% understand. I got hit with the school hammer a couple of weeks ago, and that is resulting in drastically reduced plane design and narrative time. Best wishes!
It's actually not as shitty as you say it is. The proportions are generally correct, the wing shape was nailed, but a word of advice: possibly enlarge the engine pods. Regardless, pretty good!
@FireFast212 Upon further consideration, I do not think I can make a tanker. I ran into some issues on currently running projects that need my attention...
@EchoWhiskey11 I was thinking about adding the AG5 activator for the canopy, but since it is also bound to the nosewheel turning, I wanted to control the cockpit semi-independantly so I can have the ability to taxi with the cockpit closed. As to why I didn't use AG1-4? I actually don't know.
As for the folding wings... I really think I should have bound it to the ag7 input.
The AG8 was a measure to easily evade missiles in the rare event we run out of countermeasures... Sulejmani style. (Ace Combat Joint Assault), and to evade trolls in MP. I did AG8 specifically because spawn camping is fairly common among MP trolls, and it's activation by default is good for that sort of thing. This plane was intended to be flown without the hypermaneuverability active.
As for the cheat sheet, I consult that regularly, and now use FT regularly. Since this build was built before I learned of FT's existance, there is a lack of that.

Ive experienced the same issue, but I am pretty new to resizable wheel gear and don't know a solution, so all I can suggest is land gently.
Yeah the random channel thing is pretty annoying. Usually it throws you into a new one if you try to reconnect while already connected.
