@Randomplayer Being in the middle of nowhere was the idea. It avoids unwanted attention and provides plenty of space, yet is still a findable place on the map (unlike somewhere in some taiga forest or whatever). You do not need to be part of the alliance to draw there, just respect the guidelines.
