I was thinking earlier how user created islands would work, it would add a lot of exploration to the game, but thinking about it, user made carriers would be amazing
@Zandgard try putting the hard drive in another computer, I've saved many people's data who were about to throw away their computer, but it was just a faulty processor and the data was fine
@InternationalAircraftCompany Spec wise, especially with macbooks, Apple is pretty low on the spectrum, and that's true, but saying that it isn't is exactly what Deathtrap mentioned
@Awsomur I agree to disagree, but to hail Apple as some sort of god is just irritating (not necessarily you, but definitely some people in these comments)
@F104Deathtrap It just amazes me how quickly someone tries to back up their opinions with falsities or exaggerations to make the opposing sound stupid, it's a company, they don't work for it, it's not their company, it's just a business making money off of them... as with any. And to go with "fanboyism", is just sad, it's even comparable to brainwashing, and minutes of research can show you that "Apple products are terrible for their price, and use anything but the latest tech".. but still, they hold their opinion strong
"Apple- glorious processing power
Windows/android- freedom to do whatever"
Problems with this statement:
A) You're limiting processing power to operating systems...
B) You're playing $1500 for a 1.3GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 in a macbook.... a 1.3GHz dual-core Intel Core i5.. a $99 processor pair with LPDDR3 (THREE) (LPDDR is mobile grade) RAM
And this just proves @F104Deathtrap's point, it's a life style you buy, you're now so emotionally attached to a company that you find so superior... even though it isn't
I'm not in need of it, nor is the majority of PC and android players, but having all input controls listen on items that accept them (landingGear on rotators and pistons, etc) would be very convenient, especially for those iOS players
@BaconEggs Oh, he was the one copying the 11k part memorial from last year, he uploaded thrice and deleted the other two to get around the successor system lol
Not to mention all the copies of previous plane posts, it's turned into a cluster#### of kids trying to get attention, plus the trolls who try to bait (at least I hope it's only bait) people
I was thinking earlier how user created islands would work, it would add a lot of exploration to the game, but thinking about it, user made carriers would be amazing
@Viperfox huh?
@laSoul huh, I'll experiment with it, I haven't really noticed anything off, but in the patch notes they "improved mirroring"
@XB go on bandit approach and keep going
@laSoul are the fuselages part scaled or small fuselage scale?
@Loopy200 I'd say so, I took the risk of uploading my plane at 10 or so EST, and it went well
@Zandgard try putting the hard drive in another computer, I've saved many people's data who were about to throw away their computer, but it was just a faulty processor and the data was fine
@Loopy200 on the 5th image? Those are bullets
@Zandgard is it a laptop or a tower?
I haven't experienced this first hand, but rotating the part mirrored usually fixes it
What part of the PC died? Odds are that your storage are intact and it was just a processing critical part that died
I did a long time ago, but I'm afraid of reading it because I was... well... cringey back then, so I will end up changing it up
@Liquidfox thank you for the name idea, I ended up using it :)
I also updated the desc, thought you'd like to see
@Liquidfox what do you think I should name it? Haven't really figured that one out
@InternationalAircraftCompany Spec wise, especially with macbooks, Apple is pretty low on the spectrum, and that's true, but saying that it isn't is exactly what Deathtrap mentioned
@InternationalAircraftCompany He wasn't, and I'd think calling someone names would be jerky, not reasoning
@InternationalAircraftCompany And at least I'd like to think, I was quite reasonable in the comment I tagged you on earlier
@InternationalAircraftCompany How am I being a jerk? And I don't see you saying that to the guy who just said that an iPhone is better than me
No problem!
@Liquidfox I did one way back, but that's actually a good idea for a revisit, but I'm probably going to mess with experimental weapons systems next
@Liquidfox This one has 1337 parts, lmao
@Liquidfox Hmmm, maybe...
@tsampoy Yea it does have beta parts, and even if it didn't, it would still be tagged as beta
@Liquidfox Indeed :)
@tsampoy It will require beta, and that's why I'm reluctant to
@Awsomur OKay, I'm glad we can agree on that lol
@ShatSlanger Don't forget the emojis!
@Awsomur I agree to disagree, but to hail Apple as some sort of god is just irritating (not necessarily you, but definitely some people in these comments)
@Knight697
That just proves Deathtraps point even further lol, but yes, Steve Jobs was an amazing man
@F104Deathtrap It just amazes me how quickly someone tries to back up their opinions with falsities or exaggerations to make the opposing sound stupid, it's a company, they don't work for it, it's not their company, it's just a business making money off of them... as with any. @saturn28 I'd like to, but the part count is something I'd like to keep :)

@LiamW At that rate, might as well buy a $300 PC that can run SP just fine
@ShatSlanger More than just half...
Meanwhile Macbooks still use DDR3 RAM... for $1500
@MechWARRIOR57 He doesn't know how to tag, so I did it for him
@Brields95 I don't even know.
@DJ123 No problem
.\appdata\LocalLow\Jundroo\Simpleplanes\
@MechWARRIOR57 Use modded structural wings, that's about it though
Have your default browser set to not-internet explorer, and copy the link and use Ctrl+L in game
I'm not in need of it, nor is the majority of PC and android players, but having all input controls listen on items that accept them (landingGear on rotators and pistons, etc) would be very convenient, especially for those iOS players
@NathanMikeska My bad, I fixed it now... user error, but how does self destruct work? Or is that rockets only?
@BaconEggs Oh, he was the one copying the 11k part memorial from last year, he uploaded thrice and deleted the other two to get around the successor system lol
@NathanMikeska I've been using Overload for it, maybe that's the issue? It completely removes "maxSpeed" from the XML
Not to mention all the copies of previous plane posts, it's turned into a cluster#### of kids trying to get attention, plus the trolls who try to bait (at least I hope it's only bait) people
You don't need it, and 2000 parts isn't much :)
@NathanMikeska How does the maxSpeed attributes work? when I put it "maxSpeed=x" it overwrites it after
What's the proper format for the Self Destruct and Burn Time attributes? I can't seem to get it right :/
@LiamW Thanks! I'll give it a try
