@Bellcat It has normal steering, its just that the point of rotation is at an angle so its harder to see. Just look at the craft from a top down view and you will clearly see how it works.

Most hypermanueverable planes tend to be quite heavy, as you need substantial reenforcement to hold the thing together during some manuevers, and that reenforcement isn't light. The whole weight thing makes sense when you consider Newtons three laws of physics.
@Rajko what mental gymnastics did you partake in to get to that conclusion? These two kirovs are clearly so different that they only share superficial similarities.
