2 questions:
1. are helicopter engines banned, or is it just helicopter-type builds. Is it allowed to build a normal plane and power it with a helicopter engine, or use a helicopter engine/tailrotor on it?
2. regarding funky trees, is changing the input scale of engines not allowed since that also increases power?
@CaptainNoble It might be better to just make a version that has the tanks and engines set to activate 8.
