@Fred19 @ForeverPie Guys, they've been talking about that stuff for 2,000 years. If it's your firm religious belief that the world is about to end, I won't argue it with you but try and remember that things are much, much less awful for most people today than they once were.
@Nerfaddict A very, very old Halflife sandbox mod wher you can build weird contraptions and goof around. People would make exploding toilet-cars and that sorta thing.
@JangoTheMango I dunno. I mean, I think it's cool he's going on a trip and the birthday and all that. I just think it's weird how people post stuff like "Mkay, gonna be off for 3 hours while I run to the store for catfood" Some dude posted he was "Dead" 2 days ago, completely unable to participate in the game or forums for "a long time"... he's made 2 more posts since then. It's not fair to lump people together, but I would love to talk about airplanes on here, yaknow?
I am sorry your friend isn't doing well in school, finishing highschool is a requirement for most jobs in most countries. It's sad that you've decided to take out your frustration on Middle Easterners, though. Not because they need your sympathy, but because its so easy to avoid taking a hard look at yourself and your own decisions. I had a hard time with school and now I have to live with the consequences, I hope your friend changes direction.
@substygram There are numerous tricks people use to create downforce. Carefully positioned jet engines, for instance. Search around, you'll learn a lot by tearing apart well-upvoted cars.
Just think how frustrating it is for people in real life. The F-105 had its pitch control severed in combat so often that they installed special spring-loaded jaws that would clamp down, holding the tail in a neutral position while the pilot could steer the bird home using the main wing flaps to control pitch.
The first "tanks" were named as such because the military hid their true purpose by telling people they were boilers. That's a roundabout way of connecting your newfound interest in armored fighting vehicles with your former interesting in locomotives.
You could combine the two and make an armored train.
Tricycle landing gear (P-38 style) helps. But assuming you're making a tail dragger, there are a few things to remember
1) Keep the cener of mass (red ball) behind the front wheels, the further back, the less it will flip.
2) Don't set the landing gear traction very high. This will let the plane slide a bit more when you hit the brakes and keep the plane from tipping forward.
3)Make sure your tail is the right size. People tend to think small tails are "cool." I don't know why. If your tail is too small you won't have good stability or control at low speeds (like when you're landing).
I recommend against lowering the center of mass, because that will mess with how your plane handles in the air. You can try shortenting the landing gear, but then you have to shorten the prop blades, its a mess.
@Botfinder She had her time in the sun. But she had to go, just like the Phantoms she replaced. Personally, I think we should put more effort into submarines than carriers.
THIS
I tend to agree with the plats on this, but I must salute you for excellent use of tags.
Nope.
@StarKnight697 HAPPY BIRTHDAY

+4@legohelobilly Its ok, you prolly didn't know.
@JangoTheMango Amazing tanks, by the way. You've only been here a little while and already you're one of the best.

@FastDan I'm throwing stones in a glass house, I've only made a handful of things, myself.
+1@Nerfaddict Oh I remember that one. Yeah. You seem pretty into the "Gary's Mod" end of this game, huh?
K, bye
K, bye
6 uploads in one year, calls everyone else lazy
Seems legit.
+4Getting smacked by the mods in 5, 4, 3,
@RailfanEthan What a waste.
@Nerfaddict How?
@Nerfaddict Excellent.
Double-posting is annoying.
Go for a hike. Listen to some music. The world is never short of tragedy or beauty, it's up to you to look around.
Making progress?
Thats awful! I hope you can get back up and running again soon.
@Zoomzoom999 No. This feature refers to the airfoil. What you are suggesting refers to the planform. Two completely diffent aspects of wing design.
Steam auto updates everything all the time.

Honestly, just here for planes. I hope them the best with SR2.
Flipping wings in the builder won't create inverse lift. But you can cause a pitch-down effect by angling the leading edge of the wing downward.
+1Delicious
@Dexa You're too kind!
+1Anyone got any popcorn?
+3You've captured his sneer perfectly.

+4@CRJ900Pilot Small city within walking distance of Paris.
You put those ones in the title on purpose. Confess!
How funny would this be if he lived in Meaux?
@WNP78 @TheOwlAce when I delete them from the folder they come back. When I delete them ingame, they stay gone.
@HistoricBirds Has to be a direct link ending in .gif .jpg or .png
Usually the voices of youtubers make me want to smash my phone with a hammer. But this guy wasn't annoying.
+9On a mission from God
+6This is officially the coolest thing I have ever seen on here.

+1@Botfinder The Japanese tried that one already. Besides, cruise missiles are practically aircraft, they just don't land so good.

@RailfanEthan And some hawt meme trains
+2And this is why @RailfanEthan is platinum and we are lowly plebes.
