Dude. Srsly. Chill out. I doubt that all 7 people who still post in here hate you. And even if they did, that's like .03% of the people who play the game. Get up, go for a walk. Come back when you've gotten it together.
A bunch of kids on dirt bikes could beat the Ratte, just go around it. The thing wouldn't be able to move, much less cross any kind of sloping terrain.
@Chancey21 XD You brought the plane to a stop midair and fell 30 feet straight down. With a gravitational acceleration of 9.8 meters per second squared, that means you hit straight into the ground at 30 mph. If a truck ran into your plane doing 30, would you call that a crash?
Because the devs have better things to do than waste their time changing your name, just like you had better things to do when you were supposed to choose a name.
@Strikefighter04 3) In the old days, biplane fighters (and even early WW2 aircraft) had machineguns located in the cockpit so that the pilot could manage them himself. But these were small, hunting rifle sized bullets.
Modern aircraft cannons fire huge bullets, the size of an arm bone. Some rotary cannons have suprisingly light recoil for their size but it's still a cannon and the low-recoil ones are much larger and heavier than the lighter, recoil-driven ones that shake so bad they literally tear the plane apart.
There are jets that carry their cannons close to where you've put yours, but they're usually 3 or 4 feet further up the nose.
3 complaints:
1) False advertising. Plane in screen caps is visibly different from upload.
2) You ran the intake ducts through the cockpit, probably not very healthy for the pilot.
3)The unfortunate location of the rotary cannon means it's too short to properly accelerate its ammunition, blinds the pilot when fired and damages nearby cockpit instruments.
I'd imagine you turn a pair of attached fuselage blocks sideways, and widen the face inbetween them, forming the sharp nose. But I never made a tank before.
I'm only saying that a bad PSU can damage other components, I'm not saying your PSU has gone bad. For all I know, the noise could have been a fart. But if your PSU does go bad, replace it.
@CptJacobson This is something you do for yourself, don't worry about proving anything to other people. Stay focused on what you need to do and what's going on, this is your life and you can't live it for someone else. Good luck, stay safe.
Power supply is one component you can't ignore. If it fails it can literally melt sensitive hardware in your computer. Thankfully, they're not as expensive as CPU or graphics cards.
@CptJacobson Not trying to give you a hard time. You put a lot of heart into this post, it's just a bit tricky to read is all I'm saying. Anyway, keep your eyes sharp, good luck out there.
Maybe brush up on your english skills before you join? The Army is a pretty big organization and sometimes you need to write reports. Sentences, paragraphs, that sort of thing. It might sound trivial compared to Rambo stuff like climbing ropes and throwing knives at people, but being able to express yourself clearly can save lives.
@Rodrigo110 I have said nothing false. I said they charge premium prices for mediocre hardware that they themselves don't even manufacture. This is demonstrably true. When I owned a Macbook, it was more expensive than any of the Toshiba or Dell laptops for sale at the store where I got it, despite lacking a solid state hard drive or even a dedicated GPU. Iphones used to use very nice Wolfson sound hardware, but they swapped that out for cheaper, lower grade chips a long time ago. Mediocre hardware, premium price.
@Noahater5245 Afterburners don't work that way. Depending on the engine, the afterburner can provide up to 50-70% more thrust. It can triple fuel consumption but not thrust.
@SodiumChloride Normally, I let stuff pass, but he literally added 8 parts and re-uploaded it. If you think I'm picking on new guys then I'll delete my post.
@Rodrigo110 As I said, if you want to pay extra for a name brand, that's fine. I just don't understand why some people get personally offended by complaints against Apple.
Other nations use manufacturer suffixes (Mig-21, Me-262), or simply assign each plane a single name instead of a number (Rafale, Spitfire).
You beautiful lunatic.
You should make more stuff like this, very well done Strikey!

@QingyuZhou Nah. Just a fan of Toyota, and the Hilux in particular for it's amazing appearances on Topgear.
HILUX IS LOVE!
+2Something with some details.

@ACEPILOT109 Good eye, nice catch.
@CarsonG1017 Pretty cool that you found it so fast.
Why you put so many wheels and so few wings on this airplane?
+1@Chancey21 You would have won the debate right there had you "landed" on the main landing gear, but you came down tail first! lol

My spine hurts just looking at that. There's a difference between crashing and landing, you know?

+1Excellent landing gear, terrible wings. Surprisingly cozy. 3/5 stars

@CustomAircraftMods AN-2 is big brother, like Comrade Stalin.
Looks good but the wings are lazy.
So?
@CustomAircraftMods Bloated British plane still need special landing road, Amerikansky plane is mere joke compared to Marvel of Engineering PO-2.
Smooove

Look up some highly rated versions and take them apart to see how they're made.
The center of mass goes IN FRONT of the center of lift, not in the same place.
+2How to learn:
Find something cool.
Take it apart.
Look at the parts.
Think about it.

+1Have you no shame?
Looks more "late 30's" than "early 50's" to me, but it does look pretty good.
