Try to mirror it. If that doesn't work, check if all vertical wing surfaces are symmetric. As for the long takeoff, move the wheels as far forward as possible, just beyond center of mass, and add more power.
Try putting structural wings on rotator to serve as a rudder. That will give it some maneuverability. If that is not enough, try using VTOL engine and stearn mounted VTOL nozzle. Make sure that the nozzle is as close as possible to waterline, else it will flip the boat when you try to turn.
@JacobHardy64 yup, my kind of planes. Except for "covered with engines" part. I never noticed more than usual number of engines, except on An 225, but that bird is huge.
And nobody (except Skua) mentioned ilyushin. Russian factories, regarding big planes, live from old glory. Some of their old planes are still the best of the kind.
@Razor228 it has to be surrounded by parts, not inside the part. If you want, take peaces from my missile, the whole middle section, just give credit if you do.
