Next possible goal could be getting into top ten, but that means accumulating eight times the points you have, and many people don't see it as a reasonable thing to work towards.

It is not allowed to post other people's work, even with credit. If the original build is deleted, the builder obviously doesn't want the community to have it.

A dev did indeed edit your title because it made the forums a pain to look at, and devs don't generally moderate so he didn't say he did it as they don't know it's common courtesy.
@Chrisk1993 implied profanity is quite obvious, which is enough to, combined with apparent depreciation of the build, get the comment removed. You didn't suffer any consequences, so best just leave it at that.
