@ChasingHorizon @Pilotmario you both have a bit of a point here. Guns and missiles aren't meant for the same job. Modern naval guns, radar assisted, have a conceivable chance of hitting a ship-sized moving target at up to 50km, and shells are almost impossible to stop. On the other hand, a missile can accurately hit it at over 300km. Most modern missiles use slow/fast concept, where the missile approaches the target at subsonic speed, just a few meters above the water, and then engages a supersonic, maneuvering mode in order to close the terminal distance and avoid CIWS.
@BogdanX thanks. I tried to make custom missiles for this ship, but they always hit the water. I tried scaling their mass, giving them fins for stabilisation, but nothing worked. After setting angle high enough that they don't hit the water, they fly well. Problem is, that's outside the max elevation of launch tubes. The gun was a lot of work, and I'm glad you like it.
@ChasingHorizon how so? It has a stealthy shape, weapons retract, it's stealth-coated, and has skirts to prevent reflection from inner sides of hulls. Anyway, if you have complaints, contact Norwegian Navy. They copied this design in advance from the M.Corp a couple of years ago, and they are very, very happy with it.
@Maverick2110 download this, remove everything but the cockpit, and build onto the cockpit. Then your build will be a "successor" to mine, and I'll have it one a list of successors.
@TTHHSSSS thanks. I'm glad you like it. Gun took some time to aim properly. Now, it can shoot Ice Base defences from 5 miles away if you aim just a bit above them.
@MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation the guy accidentally didn't make his post a successor, and it's a good entry, so I tagged it here in the comments not to miss it when I start judging.
To make it a successor, copy the coded part of the url of the challenge and paste it into url="" part of the xml. It looks great, and I don't want to miss it when I start judging.
@dogerki what do you mean they stick to the turret? I tested the vehicle for weeks, and fired all missiles multiple times to make sure there are no hidden flaws.
@Razor3278 are you using Overload and Fine Tuner mods? If not, start using them. They allow you to make very small details. Fine Tuner allows you to place the part exactly where and how you want, and Overload gives you in-game access to XML editing, giving you options beyond usual ones. Also, thak time with your builds. A good build takes between 10 and 15 work hours on average.
It's very nice. You captured the essence of Wyvern within those 55 parts. There are a few tricks you could have used to make it even better, but I guess that comes with experience. Thanks for a submission.
@Chimichungas not bad. Mind posting a link here, so I don't miss it when judging? Write [name of the build] (link to the build) without space in between.

@ChasingHorizon Gato followed the development of Hydra-class from the beginning. Since his and my navy are allied, I gave him sekrit documentz.
Very nice. I love it
@mushr0om much better, but still, can't the options be added to standard camera, or custom camera made to behave like the ordinary one?
@spefyjerbf nevermind, it failed. It works, but it has so much recoil it would do as an propulsion system. I think I discovered a new bug.
@mushr0om I certainly hope so. Until then, I'll use only Lense flares. They sure add to the game experience.
@mushr0om nice. Definitely an improvement.
@mushr0om that would be great. Just tag me when you update, so I don't miss it.
Niiiiice. I like it. I'll test it in flight along with other entries, but visually, it's great.
Only flaw (in my opinion) is the custom camera. It's stuck to cockpit view, and moves with every mouse movement. Other than that, it's a nice mod.

A tri-barrel gunpod with spinning gun, compatible with modern aircraft/vehicles ok?
Nice. Thanks for the entry
@NANOMAN I have made it for some. They are unlisted. For this one, there would be no point in doing that. It's too large.
@Planefun I based this design on Norwegian Skjold-Class corvette

Not bad m8. I like it. But what's the thing in the nose? If it's an antenna or a pito-tube, it should have been tinner.
Lol, nice entry buddy
Nice work. Thanks for the entry

@Planefun the cockpit is under water. Because of that, AI can't detect it. That's how you stealth on SP
@TTHHSSSS thanks. I'm glad you like it. Gun took some time to aim properly. Now, it can shoot Ice Base defences from 5 miles away if you aim just a bit above them.
@Smasher glad to hear it
@PlanesOfOld nope. They gotta look good and fly well. Competition is fierce, buddy.
@Rubyfreddy ok
Nice entry. I like it
@InternationalAircraftCompany niiiiice
@MAHADI thanks
Thanks for the entry
Not bad. Thanks for the entry
Count me in. I never built space stuff, but this sounds fun.
Interesting design. Thanks for the entry

Thanks for the entry
@bang091 thanks. I'm glad to hear that buddy.
Challenge Entry
@Dynamicneedle I'm not sure if I'll check my favorites. I'll post a link to it in the comments of my challenge post.
To make it a successor, copy the coded part of the url of the challenge and paste it into

part of the xml. It looks great, and I don't want to miss it when I start judging.Thanks for the entry
Set "AI air traffic" to "None", and spawn a number of enemies in "Aggressive" mode.
@dogerki what do you mean they stick to the turret? I tested the vehicle for weeks, and fired all missiles multiple times to make sure there are no hidden flaws.
@zealt of course you can
@Razor3278 depends on the mod. But, if you have purchased the game, you should have the latest version.

I almost missed this one. It's a nice entry. Thanks for submission buddy.

@pushthelimits no problem
@Chimichungas you can do it on any platform. Just format it exactly as I told you.
@Chimichungas not bad. Mind posting a link here, so I don't miss it when judging? Write [name of the build] (link to the build) without space in between.
@MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation thanks
