@Tully2001 flaks (anti aircraft guns) use timed fuse. Shell blows up at a certain distance from the gun. That was made possible when AA batteries started using radar to determine the distance to the target. So, small explosions are realistic, and so is the fact that you get splash damage (shrapnel) and get blown up if it hits you directly.
@alexchub1 it's pretty large and thin. I'd say, if it was 1:1, it would be over 110m. You might want to make another one, more closely following challenge requirements.
@TheBlueRobotProduct there are a few options. Oldest one is with scaled rocket pods, rendered obsolete by new rockets. Second is Boom25 cannon, with bombs on detached. And the newest way of making a cannon is my CF gun. It is made by xml editing flares to have greater launch force and more ammo, and placing a chaff dispenser behind it to simulate muzzle flash and smoke.
Very well done. Low stall speed, and great pitch authority. I love how you made wings. Only negative side is landing gear. You should have set rotator inputControler to "LandingGear" and input "0,1" in Overload mod. Also, pitch might be a bit too hard for keyboard input.
@TheFreemaker since it's a replica, you can copy-paste a few facts from the Wikipedia. Just say something about the boat in its description. What it was used for, when was it used, things like that.
Just add a bit about the ship in the description. The rules state: "Entry must have a description that explains controls, as well as explanation of the ship (what's it supposed to do, whose is it, etc. Basically, a background). If you don't have this, I will deduce 5 points."
@Oski eh, no less than 5 blocks for the bow. As for LW ratio, the ship should be 6 times longer than it is wide. If it's, let's say, 10m wide, it should be around 60m long. I know Osa. I recognised the upper one too, but I can't remember the name.
You can count on M.Corp
XML editing is completely normal here. We all use it. iOS users usually get help for XML from others.
@Patton2 add some details and you'll have 200 parts quickly.
@Cedy117 thanks
@FGW2014 it's pretty nice according to screenshots. We'll see when I start judging. I'm not downloading any entries before that.
@GermanWarMachine it got lost during copy-pasting. I added it now.
@jlewisifer thanks
@Othawne @RailfanEthan @phanps thanks guys
@ACMECo1940 with that new tool, you can come close. Some of the options are still not available to you, so you'd still have to scavenge for xml parts.
Quite a unique boat. Thanks for the entry.
Thanks for the entry
@Tully2001 thanks man
@randomusername that's nice. The problem is, I could make a midget sub. Full sized one would lag my laptop to death.
@EpicPigster1 I'm glad you like it. There's more where this one came from :)
Niiiiiiiiice. Great ship.
Usually by upvoting a stated number of winner's builds
@Mostly thanks :)
@randomusername I haven't
Is that his full username? If it is, that account is gone. If not, give me his full username, and I'll search him for you.

Looks very nice. I think the shape is spot on. I instantly recognised it. Everything on it is nice.
Except the middle launcher XD
@Alienbeef0421 why?
@TheBlueRobotProduct they cause damage to AI vehicles like USS Beast, destroyers, and convoy trucks. User-made planes are not affected.
+2More like other nation's superhero
It looks nice.
@jamesPLANESii no problem
@SledDriver ok
@WahrscheinlichIch may I count on your entry? You are good with ships.

@SledDriver it's never too late. Edit description to be spooky :)

Nice entry. I'll be testing all entries when I start judging the challenge, but if it works as well as it looks, it'll score high.
Woah, this design is a bit spooky. Give it some ghostly description.
Another nice one. Flies like I would expect from a plane like that.

Eighth of November.
Here's a suggestion.
Nice work
@TheFreemaker what you have here is a Fairmile B Motor Launch. You can copy some facts from there.

That's the kind of entry I love to see. I won't sail it now, but when I start judging, but it looks great.
Same on the "Buy" page.
@Oski cool

@JohnnyBoythePilot no problem. Good job simulating carrier landing.
I forgot to comment earlier. Very well done. Shape checks out, and paint job is just amazing. Good job.
@QingyuAlt you got a follower
@QingyuZhou great
@QingyuZhou it is. Many users have alts for failed stuff and quick, fun builds. I'm considering creating one too.
