For example an aircraft has a total weight of 1000kg and a wing area of 100m².
The wing loading would be 1000kg÷100m²=10kg/m²
Therefore the Wing loading is 10kg/m².
The stalling speed or the speed where the wings stop generating lift is determined by the wing loading itself.
