  • L-21 Tilt Rotor 5.9 years ago

@Potato21 The L-21 can be massively upgraded. First of all, u can design a better and more streamlined cockpit. Also, u can re-design the engine nacelles and make them more efficient during hover. Also u can add more equipment such as FLIR, pods and remotely operated gun.

@Potato21 Thats a very good design with a lot of room for improvement. It flies very nice and the handling is smooth (at least for me who I use a gamepad). Why did u use two propelers in each nacelle instead of a single engine with modded power output? I know u r an iOS user (bliah!) but there are many modded parts posted to use for ur aircraft. Also it would be my pleasure to see u participating in my MPA Challenge with an innovative aircraft design!

@MEERKAT978 tiltrotors according to FAA are VTOL aircrafts. In this challenge the main design is a fixed-wing aircraft.

@pilotred233 If there is no internal weapons bay it doesn't count. But if u put internal weapons bay then u must put ur hardpoints over there. Clear?

  • Maritime Patrol Aircraft Challenge [CLOSED] 5.9 years ago

@pilotred233 You can test it in the default game map, as long as it can t/o from Yeager, fly over target area, sink the USS Beast + 2 Destroyers + USS Tiny in one run, return and ldg at Yeager. The unpublished map will test other things such as agility, maneuverability, mission multirole capability, handling, range, performance, etc

@mikoyanster What mod did u use in order to put images in screenshots for the challenge post? It looks better to have an image than building the letters urself...

  • Challenge co-operation proposal 5.9 years ago

@mikoyanster I'm writing down the rules, based at ur challenge format. I'm currently in the process of thinking the fligh trial judgement and how to make it video so the players can see that. Can u provide me a shareable dropbox link with the Word format of ur previous examle. I want it so I can achieve the Bold, Italics and red letters....Thank you for ur kind attitude and ur help.

That's a very promising effort with many good features. I hope to see more of u! Btw, I'm also Greek and don't hesitate to ask me anything about the game. Feel free to check my builds and take ideas and building techniques. I will keep an eye on u and ur progress. Καλή αρχή αδερφέ και καλώς ήρθες στην κοινότητα του SP!

  • BAC TSR2 1.7 USAF 6.3 years ago

That is a quality build with an impressive camo -maybe one of the best in site. It flies nice and smooth but it lacks the acceleration of the TSR (Olympus engines were pretty powerful). Also, the original TSR had no ailerons but only all-moving tailplane and just flaps in main wings. Nevertheless, its a great build!
P.S. If u want, u can check my Cyclone GR3 aircraft which is a TSR-based build.

  • Cessna Citation I KLM 2 months ago

Nice build, good handling and realistic flight characteristics. Only remark is that the ailerons deflection is wrong. Turn right, right aileron goes up and left aileron goes down....at ur build it's upside down. Overall, is a good experience

  • F-2B Viper Zero 6 months ago

@karameji what variable is ELESCtrl? Maybe if I take this out, the code works.... I will try!

  • F-2B Viper Zero 7 months ago

@karameji Dear friend! You made an amazing aircraft with only 1100 parts! The handling is so smooth and the total functionality is superb!
I have only one question: I tried to copy the HUD text so I can use it in my aircraft but id doesn't work. Can you tell me what I have to change?

Im really happy and honored being amongst your SP buds. I really hope you will enjoy your time with your loved ones and clear your mind. You are one of the most charismatic builders here and you have been an inspiration for many (even me) to continue and expand their capabilities and their imagination. Fare well my friend and hope to see you here again sometime!

  • RJ Pelican GRX 4.6 2.6 years ago

Amazing inception! The only thing I disagree are the cannons. This aircraft is too fast for CAS. The best role for it is SEAD/DEAD due it its high speed and weapons load!

  • F-6MJ Zenko Kai 2.7 years ago

@tucan I let u guys enjoy the plane! No need to talk, hehehe

  • Mitsubishi F-2A 3.0 years ago

@TawnyOwl Awesome build and ingenious coding! May I ask your permission to use the Sniper X targeting pod for my build? Im gonna add some modifications, mainland aesthetics. Could you provide some more info for the Funky Trees codes used for target pod operation?

  • F-6EJ Zenko 3.2 years ago

Hey guys! First of all I want to say a BIG thank you to all of you that upvoted my build and spent time to comment. Some of you indicated me some minor mismatches regarding the engine nozzle, the nose gear, etc. So, I decided to implement all those changes that you suggested and upload a new F-6EJ variant with less weapons and different camo pattern. If anyone has any suggestion/proposal on that, don't hesitate to send a message here!

  • F-6EJ Zenko 3.2 years ago

@Blue0Bull Thank you bro! I like to dedicate a lot of time for the quality of my builds. I know that it still has many flaws and faults but given the free time and my level of expertise I tried to give my best.

  • F-6EJ Zenko 3.2 years ago

@UsualPiooneer sorry to hear that but I'm sure that u didn't read the instructions clearly. Besides, this aircraft is very easy to handle and very user-friendly. All it needs it's some trim (duh)....

  • F-6EJ Zenko 3.2 years ago

@LoafOfBread for a strange reason sometimes the game automatically changes the interior intake color....

  • F-6EJ Zenko 3.2 years ago

    @shipster @WarHawk95 thank u guys!!!!

  • F-6EJ Zenko 3.2 years ago

@PAPAPIE It has been posted 30min ago, hehehhee!!!!

  • F-6EJ Zenko 3.2 years ago

@ChrisPy the JDAMs are on the centerline underfuselage hardpoint. The truth is that they look like more GBU-54/B Laser JDAM. The dimensions are exact and carefully measured and built. Maybe the pic is misleading.

  • F-6EJ Zenko 3.2 years ago

@WSI Thnx a lot! Pls enjoy!

  • SAAB-RJ Anka F.1 8.7 3.2 years ago

@RamboJutter I can totally relate to that. I was like a cow staring at the train on the beginning too but I disected a lot of "foreign" builds and I tried to figure it out. Also, the SPMC community provided with many explanations and tips. I urge you to take a quick look to some great builds here and openly ask for help. Your builds have great quality and with the addition of some FT will be one of the best here!

P.S. In the next days I'm gonna post my latest project so you will have a great opportunity to see some useful and advanced FT usage.

  • SAAB-RJ Anka F.1 8.7 3.2 years ago

@RamboJutter Very interesting design and quite resourceful build. But, I'd love to see more automations and a lot of FT carpeting (e.g. flaps/slats, gun door, NWS, )

  • The Blue Samurai 3.3 years ago

@shipster Thnx for asking bro.....I made some minor (mainly aesthetics) adjustments but due to heavy work and academic schedule I had to postpone the post....maybe in late February will be back again.

  • RJ FGRII Dragon 4.2 3.5 years ago

@RamboJutter I didn't mean to sound so bitter. I mean that your recent builds were quite good but didn't have that "thing" to make me fly with them for a 2nd or 3rd time. Your builds are always good, detailed and with nice handling!
