    Really well built, looks and flies great too. It truely is quite the work of art. Been looking forward to this from your teasers.

    If I were to give my two cents on the matter, both timing of release and looks of the plane are major factors of success. I've been blessed to get a very large number of upvotes for my ranking, but I think what really attracts people are primarily looks, details, lines, flashy liveries, colours etc, all the smaller stuff. You've also got to showcase them well, by that I mean taking a good first picture, the one that shows on the airplane screen. In some cases were you spend time on functionality (e.g. Turrets, landing gear etc), and less time on looks, sure those who are a bit more curious will appreciate that stuff, but most people won't mind whether it has that stuff or not, looks are the number one priority of most of the people here. If you're seeking more success in your planes, (which aren't bad might I add) you could look towards dressing up your planes in brighter colours (like what @Feanor said about the paint) and fancy liveries. And as always, things will mature like a nice cheddar, don't force it to happen instantly, otherwise you'd have some bad cheese on your hands.

    I see you're new around here, welcome. By the way, quite a nice plane for your first build.

  • New F-2 Mistubushi Jet in the works, looking for some advice 8.0 years ago

    Yeah, I have a sub assembly full of angled fusalages and have been using them on this build a fair amount. Anything else you might think would help?

  • A small request for my new plane 8.1 years ago

    It'll get stuck on the different connection points, that's why I need someone to nudge it in so it doesn't register

  • How to fix wing flex? 8.1 years ago

    I've heard about that, but are there any variants that produce sufficient lift?
    @Delphinus

  • Vought F4U Corsair 8.1 years ago

    Quite a nice replica, though there is a small issue. The tail breaking off is because of the landing gear, the wheels must be "no clip" or otherwise it will bug out the fusalage. It will also mean that they will go in flush into the wings. During my early days, this was a common issue for me until someone told me.

  • BTD-1 Destroyer (Torpedo Armament) 8.1 years ago

    I might consider it, seems very similar to this plane though, but it'll be something new

  • Mitsubishi A6M Zero 8.1 years ago

    I guess it was only used for 5 years. The speed is fairly accurate (within several mph). As for the paint job, I would but I don't like uploading several versions of a plane. If you want, you could do it yourself, it wouldn't be too difficult. Anyway, thanks for the feedback. @Flash0of0green

  • RAF Short Tucano T1 8.4 years ago

    The nose gear steering can be fixed by rotating it around by 90°, I forgot to fix that. It's position is also off amd looks terrible, I might fix that at a later date. As for the flaps, yes I can see what you mean, I'm sure that making the LG covers smaller would fix that as well. Thanks for the feedback! @Luuk2909

  • Fusalage on wings? P-51 Issues (Solved) 8.4 years ago

    Yeah, the title "SimplesPlanes" is a big lie, many of the planes aren't very "simple" @Mrloominati

  • Fusalage on wings? P-51 Issues (Solved) 8.4 years ago

    I'm really not too sure, it was the vertical wing causing issues, I set the fusalage to no clip so maybe there's that @Mrloominati

  • Concentration Camp 8.4 years ago

    Perhaps you should test the tag out on something else instead?
    @MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation

  • Concentration Camp 8.4 years ago

    Tagging it as "funny" is sort of derogatory and should be frowned upon on such a sensitive issue. You may see it as "funny", but I personally find it distasteful that a Concentration Camp is "funny".

  • Fusalage on wings? P-51 Issues (Solved) 8.4 years ago

    That sounds like it would work but I'm on the lousy IOS platform, but I someone else managed to do it for me with no more issues. Thanks for the advice though, it'll prove useful at a later date. @Mrloominati

  • P-51D*REAL* 8.4 years ago

    You missed the exhaust stacks on the side, a line ain't gonna cut. I also think your missing an inlet behind the prop. Other than that, very nice P-51D @SSGTWolf
