@Whaletail2012 the bouncy aircraft happens when the weight of the suspension and the aircraft doesn't match. So the heaver the aircraft the stronger the spring needs to be, for it to be able to withstand the weight,

But I found myself a lazy solution by just not using spring instead letting the aircraft's weight push the landing gear like it has a suspension. When the aircraft lands the weight of it presses the landing gear hard making it still looks realistic enough, it works better with big aircraft like bomber and airliners
@Whaletail2012 the problem of an aircraft not going straight on the runway might the same problem the causes then to stear on the runway for no reason. It is due to weight distribution the game's CoM doesn't really show it properly. It's fixable by adjusting the weight manually. By putting a small non-visible fuselage on the middle section of the wing of the less heaver side and then change its weight till its stabilises the aircraft
