Thanks for the kind words you guys, but I don't worry about @LOLZZZ. Its a very hard plane to fly well, which makes it more capable to outmaneuver SAMs. I was expecting some backlash anyway from its learning curve but I'm glad you like it.
Nice to see new users getting into the game. I like how you used parts that people aren't really using i.e efficient engines and default cockpits. Very cool design.
I remember about half a year ago when I first got this game, very early in its life, there were barely any planes. But there was this An-225 by BoxGlow. Revolutionary in it's use of structural wings for the base body, an idea that dominated planes of the last version. I remember flying that plane all around the island until it ran out of fuel, in awe of this amazing game I had just bought.
This game has evolved so much since then, I have experienced the detailed replicas by Scriefers, ever since his first F-86 Sabre, the cool videos by Spiritus Raptor, and SkipperBing's crazy plane designs. Newcomers have come and shown their design prowess, old timers haven't logged on in months. I really can't describe the feeling of nostalgia this plane brings me. It brings me to a simpler time, when the experience was raw and powerful, without the new gadgets like rotators or fancy jet engines. Thank you for making this plane.
@Shmexysmpilot This is a thing, but the algorithm for the front page works to see newer planes which are getting popular a lot easier. And the front page is cluttered with forum posts, making it harder to see good planes. I want the front page to be categorized.
@PhilipTarpley I was surprised when it did because this is my first real plane that I built and I wasn't paying any attention to CoM or any of that, I just tried to make it look like the Frogfoot and it turns out that it can fly! The Russians know their stuff!
