It is really expensive for him to govern the territory and provide adequate defense and security for it. He is the most valuable nation to Spin, he is a buffer zone between me and other nations and helps with international cooperation. I have a few main goals: control 100% of the Mid-It-Terrain-E-Yeah-N, control South Ah-Merry-Ka, and reinstate the Spanish Empire. I’m like 40% there.

You do not have a relatively large navy to protect them but I do, and you can keep your government in power there. I just want to have the trade and territory itself. Is that ok by you? If you say no it’s fine by me.

If I block trade into your nation from my country and other countries beyond the Mediterranean and south Atlantic the prices for goods from 60% of the world will spike very high and you won’t have access to like 70% of the oil in the world.
