I vote for 4 and 5. Small countries can purchase VERY small amounts of those equipment, and RC turrets have been a thing since WW2 like with the B29 Superfortress and some German aircraft.
That was not the agreement. You agreed to pull out of bruhzil. I never said partially pull out, or keep any of it. Pull out is what I said. This is in violation of international law.
