@AviationLoverGEEK444 you’re welcome. I gave him over 24 hours to apologize and return everything, but chose to destroy what was left and pillage your towns
@SchmooveBrain It was a reminder, in case he was up. I was telling him all day how the deadline was closing in and he still didnt budge. I didnt want him to pass the deadline still refusing, but his stubbornness got the best of him for the past 24 hours
All Valencia Accords nations are not required to join the coalition but heavily encouraged. Any form of support is needed: Whether it be logistical, frontline, support, long range, close proximity, etc. anything helps the effort for Bruh-zilian freedom.
@SchmooveBrain the deadline was not impossible, he has been online for hours the whole time this has been up and spent a lot of that time on here immediately replying to me. He had enough time to say, “yk what I think what I did is smth I shouldn’t have done, and I want to stay out of trouble and get out of the sanction zone. I’m sorry, I promise to give back the land and their cultural heritage.” The clauses in the Accords protect Bruh-zil, and I have promised to every signatorie my duty of upholding protection.
@SchmooveBrain I specified Friday EST. It’s right here above me in the actual forum post too. He had almost two irl days to negotiate, yet still did not. I pressured him to realize his actions, but wanted to keep the land of a Valencia Accords signatorie. Avgeek pressured me for months to take action, and now I have to. It’s now Friday for me, and the forum will be posted momentarily.
@SchmooveBrain ik, but I was talking w him since this morning on this forum negotiating terms, telling him it was as simple as paying a little money for compensation for burning down the forests and returning the loot and artifacts. He persistently refused and kept denying those options. I told him many times what he was going to get himself into, and he acknowledged it yet still stayed strong with his decision. Actions have consequences. He’s had half the day to negotiate and agree to really really really REALLY simple and easy peace terms yet still said no. I don’t want to do this, trust me. He’s been my ally for 20 years. Closest ally in fact. I dont want to take military action here, but I agreed to uphold world order in the Valencia Accords. I wanted to keep regulation and peacekeeping. My creed is diplomacy before military action_. When diplomacy fails, the military is next to go up.
@SchmooveBrain Thats what I had assumed. I am still commenting that to be fair with him. In 25 minutes if he fails to announce his wrongdoing and refuses to return any stolen loot or compensation, I will announce an operation intervention.
@Unwanted 30 minutes left to announce your returning of the artifacts and compensation for the damage. That’s about 1 KE day Announce your decision now.
@Unwanted If I (your-pan) fought for my (your-pan’s) kids in court (bruh-zil) while pillaging them and looting them and taking their things (Your-pan’s actions) and I did not get them, I think its to be expected.
@Unwanted i do not care. A member is a member. They signed, they get the coverage. Your act is not to be played with. Return all artifacts, all lotted items. All the burnt forest is to be compensated for. You will bring everything back to before. We will intervene if you fail to do this before tomorrow.
@Unwanted okay, but Bruh-zil is. Im not implicating these things on you because your ere in the Accords, but because the victim country is in the accords and requested for the assistance of Spin.
@Unwanted ik, I said u r. But that doesn’t mean that this is not a war crime.
Article XI — Non-Expansion of Hostilities Clause
All signatories agree to prohibit the escalation of localized conflicts into total warzones.
A signatory must not target civilian infrastructure, population centers, or neutral territories during punitive operations.
The Imperial Republic of Spin is authorized to dispatch Conflict De-escalation Brigades (CDBs) to conflict borders or flashpoints, with the right to interpose diplomatically or militarily, if needed.
1. Guaranteed Territorial Sovereignty
Signatory nations receive international recognition and military-backed protection of their borders from external invasion, annexation, or partition.
6. Access to Colonial Mediation & Management Expertise
Signatories with overseas possessions may request Spinnish oversight commissions to help manage:
Local unrest
Transitional governance
Infrastructure projects
Cultural preservation
...especially under Article XVI.
Each of these express the actions Spin and the rest of the Valencia Accords can take to stabilize the conflict. Bruh-zil and RNJ are members. They have requested assistance, and assistance comes. First diplomacy, then military.
Be wise.
Do not pillage.
Do not loot.
Do not seize land.
Do not kill.
Do not leave destruction.
These are not the terms of Resolvement #45. These are the basic terms of the Valencia Accords under the articles and the included benefits. Do not violate them.
@Unwanted you are taking advantage of that now? I see. You are still technically following our guidance but this is to be condemned. As a result, The Imperial Republic of Spin will permanently suspend only half of the sanctions we have imposed once all is settled. Since 50% of critical Spinnish exports were inflicted, 25% will remain if you carry out such war crimes.
@KorKaiorWhatever so does bell lands exist or no? Because the map remake will be interesting for bell lands. But is bell land the Netherlands or Belgium bcs tbh after 5 months of this RP i still dont know
@MIGFOXHOUND31BSM26 Your-pan invaded RNJ’s Bruh-zil and has been occupying it for the past week. RNJ has been lobbying me, the leader of the Valencia Accords to take action. I’ve been hesitant, but now there is a deadline of this Friday for Your-pan to withdraw entirely from Bruh-zil. We have placed sanctions on him in the meantime, and we will take military action if he is still occupying any bit of Bruh-zilian land past the deadline of withdrawal. You as a signed member of the Valencia Accords must sanction Your-pan to some degree, whether harsh or not, and if he goes past the deadline you should be ready to support military intervention in Bruh-zil. This is the biggest event the Valencia Accords has dealt with so far.

.
So yes, scorched earth is in violation of the Valencia Accords (Article XI, subsection A, B) as scorched earth suggest the complete removal of civilian infrastructure through destruction and also is an escalation of a localized conflict. Thus the signatories of the Valencia Accords are each expected to prevent a scorched earth.
@Unwanted resolvement #45 still states you must entirely withdraw from Bruh-zil. And whether or not you plan an attack on Spin, I wont allow any closer advancements towards Spinnish soil.
@Unwanted no. I need to deescalate this. Bruh-zil is 100nm away from the Spinnish Coastline, and you skulking closer and closer to the Spinnish land is making Parliament uneasy. It will disturb the power distribution in Your-up. I want to keep the alliance, but I dont want another superpower that close to me. It’s my respective region of dominance, and you being present here will disrupt the balance and cause us to turn against each other violently.
@Unwanted I did not leave any wiggle room to keep territory. The terms were to fully pull out of Bruh-zil. No troops, no territory, no nothing. Doing this will lift all sanctions after Friday and prevent military intervention.
@Unwanted i dont want to ruin the alliance. You are refusing to withdraw from a Valencia Accords nation, which is means for sanctions and reasonable force if sanctions and diplomacy fail. Just withdraw from bruh-zil, only bruh-zil, by Friday. Avgeek is in the Valencia Accords too, and his heavy lobbying for swifter action to be taken has resulted in this coming sooner. I don’t want to ruin our 20 years alliance, however we can’t disturb the global balance. Your conquest is seen as a little excessive by the Valencia Accords.
@Unwanted considering you can translate over the technology from aircraft to tanks, and the German hetzer had a somewhat similar device, I feel as if it’s fair
@Unwanted if you only said that yesterday.
I need 340 units
@AviationLoverGEEK444 you’re welcome. I gave him over 24 hours to apologize and return everything, but chose to destroy what was left and pillage your towns
@SchmooveBrain thank you. We needed this. I will have to rush the GB-12A Phoenix and the RSS Montreale into service very soon
@SchmooveBrain nonetheless, it’s too late now. I gave him sooo many chances to fix his blunders yet he persisted on being ignorant of his own actions.

@KorKaiorWhatever France 🇩🇪
@KorKaiorWhatever Then where is RNJ? Who controls what of the lowlands?
@MIGFOXHOUND31BSM26 what sanctions will you be placing?
@Unwanted i said no land.

@KorKaiorWhatever the sanctions are in place because of his hostility, not for his existence.
@KorKaiorWhatever no, sanction for refusing to withdraw
@Unwanted idc how many troops are there. If you do not remove them by Friday it will cost you greatly.
@Unwanted no keeping land in bruh zil
