@MIGFOXHOUND31BSM26 I mean at the end of the day, its your life, but i disagree, just keep ur distance and ignore it/laugh it off. or u just seem 'funny' to them
it happens, story as old as time, the time + skill against upvote count is roughly correlated, but this said, its pretty common that insane builds flop, if the build isnt a big name build like an F35 or smth, or if the build isnt the craziest looking, or if you arent the best known builder, you might not get all the credit you deserve.
@Halcyon215 with an insane recoil cannon you can sometimes if u use it like an engine, it just has an issue getting back up through the map using explosive slugs
@Christiant2 not really? as all the sensors and stuff are in the cockpit, you could cheat and make it missile powered and/or keep a cockpit inside the missile ig
@Grobholy thats insanely cool, but what I will say is when I say a sensor, I mean something that has its own velocity, accel, position, etc etc etc, or also i mean something which determines the gradient of the terrain below the vehicle would be insanely useful
I gave it a shot, and basically it isnt too bad, but I cant figure out how to find the time taken for something to happen between two random points after level load A and B. if i could the pitch one would be easy enough. However I recommend using a PID as an input for pitch and in short you have to tweak x,y,z to your liking, but clamp(PID(TargetAltitude,altitude,x,y,z),-1,1)/90 should work, this said, I dont really use this on my builds
uh, i mean this all depends on how the engine is on the plane, if the engine is straight down its easier, then clamp01(Altitude-TargetAltitude) or if you wanna use something more complicated look at the guide for PID's Pids are made for this stuff, if the engine is horizontal, then you need to look at the pitch, im just gonna do some maths and try and see if i can help ig
@Zero0Two2 I mean yeah, sorta, AI was cool when it was brand new, but nower-days its pretty easy to point out, and worse, it always sounds pretty same-y. Its nice to see people here taking the time for their own craft descriptions
Ai is just guessing at patterns which are too complex for it, its images are usually disjointed and contain loads of incorrect visual artifacts from the large to the small. Its been implemented too early and its poisoning its own data supply.
although I should note that zeroondeactivate will need to be turned on, also you cant really code much with the activation groups, so its best to do it in the inputs, you can still have it throttle controlled by multiplying the input by clamp01(Activate1) hence it turns off completely when the activation group is off, otherwise it is the throttle
@ComradeSandman Trongle
that abs(sin(x))-abs(cos(x)) ~= a triangle wave
for speeds lower than like 500mph you can position anchor mid flight using a strong magnet and a flare
@cyon huh, i do not remember curation being a thing even for that, maybe im just stupid lol
@crazyplaness oh wow, when did that become a thing
make something completely new
cool triangle
oh and also its 100% free to use for anyone, idc, credit would be nice ig
@MIGFOXHOUND31BSM26 YOU CAN SEE MY CURSED TECHNIQUE
I think i got it on my phone after i saw a Jelly video years ago
I recommend using .txt files to save this stuff, its just useful
small part challenges (large ones too but thats just a computer challenge atp), no XML, no fuselage, challenges
hope to see you back soon

it sucks, but like, yk
@MIGFOXHOUND31BSM26 like yeah. whtv, but like seriously any reaction will just give them more reason to do it again
@Halcyon215 with an insane recoil cannon you can sometimes if u use it like an engine, it just has an issue getting back up through the map using explosive slugs
Make a new one, literally doing anything else just isnt worth it tbh
@Christiant2 not really? as all the sensors and stuff are in the cockpit, you could cheat and make it missile powered and/or keep a cockpit inside the missile ig
@Boeing727200F nahhhhhh, keep enjoying the fun of all this
@Halcyon215 its just a suggestion, no pressure
the biplane from wallace and gromit the were-rabbit
@YarisSedan lots and lots of ? : stuff, with a little help decomposing SILVERPANZERs tanks and this thing, here
@MIGFOXHOUND31BSM26 i am documenting all this with my mahoraga docs, itll be fully there and explained or i cant just drop the code ig
@L1nus fair, in all honesty, id just ignore it
@L1nus ty
@L1nus it did give that vibe ill be honest, which is why i just said the hate for anyone on simpleplanes just makes ppl seem unemployed in nicer words
use backticks to help with formatting a tutorial e.g. #Header is a header
@Randomplayer damn fair play grai- Randomplayer
rip, enjoy the holidays
@DustTillDawn just a heads up with the flying cam you can just increase the y-offset of the camera and keep the cam hidden
I mean, in theory you can do all of this by building each parts in any form of distribution system.
Although I do think this type, not exact, idea should be used for new mission stuff
@Grobholy thats insanely cool, but what I will say is when I say a sensor, I mean something that has its own velocity, accel, position, etc etc etc, or also i mean something which determines the gradient of the terrain below the vehicle would be insanely useful
@YarisSedan 3ft tall is impressive
@YarisSedan so somewhere between 3-7 ft tall?
but also ill throw out @Awsomur, and there were a few people who are no longer active who could defo deserve an award, but they arent active so yk
@ComradeSandman ah easier to figure out who this account is than i expected lol
A honda civic

@Dragoranos yeah, in the first paragraph
i looked at your bio and google instantly stopped responding. how about the first 3 digits of pi, its basically the same thing
@MrWriteMonday idk, i dont think you can

@Zero0Two2 They just sound bland, and over-corporate

Don't use it if you can help it
@ZemiGG glad to hear that!

@Graingy Im aware, but as someone english, i can eat raw cookie dough, the pros outweigh the cons
or move the actual wings until they work, make them really tiny, and add structural wings for the looks
