If you mean spotlight then it is a way to make a users post appear on their jet stream of your followers
However you do have to have more points than that person in order to spotlight
If you have enough points, there will be an orange magnifying glass next to the download button
To find your number of comments:
Find your first comment page, subtract 1, multiply that times 50, and add however many comments you have on that page
