@FrankieB Can you verify you are running v1.4.0.5 in the about page in the menu? I have tried your airplane and the landing gear work fine for me, especially when I disable suspension on them.
Were you using the ResizableWheels enableColliders attribute in the XML for the wheels? This has been superseded by the disabeAircraftCollisions attribute (at the Part level). Link me your design and I can investigate.
@JMicah4 The disableAircraftCollisions attribute can be used in a Part tag in the XML to prevent it from hitting other parts. This provides a way to make retractable landing gear with the new resizable wheels, shocks, and rotators. By setting this to true for those parts, they can safely retract up into the fuselage of the plane without exploding.
@Shmexysmpilot I'm not aware of any open beta for iOS. They have a limit on how many people can do it, unless they've changed since the last time I ran a beta through them. Google Play does have an open beta, but I prefer to stick with the Google group approach.
@Thefalloutplayr Your name and email will be uploaded to the Martha Stewart's Home Living Newsletter. No, but really I just give it to Apple to sign you up for the beta test.
Yes but if you don't want to wait we do offer a free Steam key to people who own the Mac App Store version. Just contact us via the contact link at the bottom of the page with proof of purchase.
@TheLatentImage It's a good idea, we actually talked about something similar today. Would be be cool to click on a part and toggle it's disableAircraftCollision state on/off too.
@BoxGlow we are just trying to keep the wing properties as simple as possible for new users. It looks very weird to cycle through Trim for control surface input and then have another trim setting right below that to enable/disable the actual trim setting.
@rabarbermoes23 There's a bug in the current beta with new wheels. Here, try this wheel. Just yank it off my design and save it as a subassembly and use it until we can get the next beta out.
@BeryllCorp Regarding hinge rotators, that is the intended behavior. If you want them to not be stiff, increase their range of motion, but set their Speed to 0 (floppy).
We aren't going to change the lights. What you are suggesting would be point lights, which would kill performance.
Can you provide a link about the buggy shocks? Is it when they are used with the resizable wheels?
What new light settings would you like to see?

@Itamar3553 Okay I think it's working now. I disabled the collisions on the wheels. Here's the link.
If you look at the XML for the wheels, you'll notice the 'disableAircraftCollisions' attribute:
<Part id="57" partType="Wheel-Resizable-1" materials="6,1,6" disableAircraftCollisions="true">
Were you using the ResizableWheels enableColliders attribute in the XML for the wheels? This has been superseded by the disabeAircraftCollisions attribute (at the Part level). Link me your design and I can investigate.
@BeryllCorp Of course. Here's an example:
<Part id="5" partType="SmallRotator-1" position="0,0,0 materials="0,3,10">
<InputController.State activationGroup="0" invert="false" min="-1" max="1" input="VTOL" />
<JointRotator.State range="90" speed="0.5" disableBaseMesh="true" />
</Part>

@BeryllCorp Yep, and thanks!
@Mod advanced settings for controlling slip settings for wheels in case someone really wanted to customize how their vehicle performs.
@DarkLithium Philip implemented it, so thank him! thanks for the idea!
@XxcreedexX No new islands for mobile. Sorry.
@DarkLithium Ah, that explains a lot
@Chevygmoney I'm just kidding, I think the wheels will be much better with the next update. Wheels and all new parts are coming to mobile.
@DarkLithium No, we are working hard to make sure the resizable wheels are unusable. We're calling them resizable wont's.
@FutureAviationTech yes. Only 16 people have signed up so far.
@Thefalloutplayr Cthulhu definitely not coming to mobile.
@Chevygmoney I'm not sure, but I would recommend yes.
@BroPlanes Assume that no new islands are coming to mobile.
@Luke92778 same as Steam version.
@TheLatentImage No, you should still be on the list.
@Thefalloutplayr Only about 15

@TheMasterSoldier We love you too.
@AceSquadIndustries What kind of device do you have?
@Thefalloutplayr Your name and email will be uploaded to the Martha Stewart's Home Living Newsletter. No, but really I just give it to Apple to sign you up for the beta test.
@MaleticAirplanes You have some really beautiful planes!
@JacobHardy64 Yes, I believe iOS still uses the TestFlight app.
@slimetech Can you please upload your car so I can investigate this issue. Thanks!
We looked for this today, but we couldn't find it. Could someone please send us a screenshot? Thanks! @NIGHTWING1 @Flightsonic @PlanesGuy888
@aircraftarsenal123 Okay, contact us via the contact link at the bottom right and we can work it out.
We will see what we can do. Thanks for the idea.
Is suspension disabled? Can you upload the car you are using?
What quality level do you have your terrain set at?
Thanks for letting us know.
@CanofBeans That is to prevent HTML injection into the post, which could allow a security vulnerability.
Please don't ask for votes like this.

Please give it another try with the newest version (v1.4.0.4) and let me know if you think things are working better.
@Manboy Restart your device. Try logging out of Google Play and logging back in with the same account used to purchase.
@NovaTopaz The disable aircraft property should work on any part. Unfortunately, the rotators are only able to rotate around one axis.
@TheLatentImage It's a good idea, we actually talked about something similar today. Would be be cool to click on a part and toggle it's disableAircraftCollision state on/off too.
@kikasshes I have considered it, and would love to do it, but I just can't make that promise. We are already slipping on schedule.
Try clearing your Google Play cache and try re-installing.

Great! I'm glad to hear it!
Can you verify in the About page of the main menu that you are running v1.4.0.4?
@kikasshes okay, thanks for letting me know!
@rabarbermoes23 There's a bug in the current beta with new wheels. Here, try this wheel. Just yank it off my design and save it as a subassembly and use it until we can get the next beta out.
Thanks for the video. Yes, please upload the car and I'll take a look.
@GrumpyRacing Sorry, no, we are just slammed with this beta. Hopefully next week.
