I think your talking about a rotator if you make it floppy or take away all the power from it it looks like that it basiccly becomes a joint for the suspension to move around at@Ricedice55
I would highly suggest putting a higher amount of detail into the suspension look at mine especially the kinda small spider I just used the little buggers suspension instead of just the games built in suspension plus it looks nicer I say this because it tends to flip and slide around
This is great a great suspension system and vehicle how did you learn do make such great suspentions like this?!!
It's a bit unstable but that's easily fixable well sized and placed rudder or two on the rear.
Your com or center of mass is to far from your col or center of lift on planes that fly thy are almost in the same spot move your wings I would suggest making a new plane and : keeping eye on com,col
And keep eye on weight keep it low as possible not to muc fuel or extras and fancys keep it with a good power to weight ratio if you don't know what any of this means google it or ask me its not as hard as it sounds and always have fun:)

How it handles:amazing easy to out manuaver missles quite fun too
I love this plane and how the bits like the parachute and the elbow that moves the wings
Only suggestion add more or a bigger somehow parachute because flat spins occur a lot
This car is amazing love how you have the official car and jet mode and how did you make it so when you pull the landing gear in the tire for to an angle and those four jets turn on this is amazing love this car! Great job

Great job might work a little better on a bigger scale though due to lack of lift on the glider
