I have three bars on top and bottom each with zero speed and three coilovers each at 0% damper and 10% spring strenght so i should have 30% spring strengh but it looks like its solid it appers to not move as if its not attached to anything can somebody check if everything is attached thanks

@HelpDesk7 is right, you need two hinges for the bar that connects the wheel holder to the hull.
But you probably already did exactly what HelpDesk told you.
The springs need hinges on either the top or bottom.
