It can land on lots of terrain, including on top of mount krakabloa and USS Tiny with some skill. For short distance landings use about 35 throttle as you approach, and fly low. Use the airbrakes once your over the runway or flat ground and keep the nose up to avoid striking the props on the ground. Extremely rough terrain is not recommended.

@Yourlocalhuman Ive just built a submarine that funnily enough is for the Snowstone Navy. If I re-fit it with weapons from this challenge perhaps it could participate as an enemy ship?

Im thinking of making a sort of WIG transport that can "jump". Ive already got a reasonable explanation (German design to secretly ferry troops across the channel and "jump" onto the cliffs where they would be least expected). Would that be ok for an entry or is it a bit too wild?
@Sakorsky It depends for how much more time you need. It will probably take a couple days to judge entries anyway, so would the 2 extra days work for you or do you need more?

I did get the tricycle gear on the plane Im building right now though, actually looks almost exactly like the Do335s gear
