Someone made a replica here of the specific BF-109 Trop that Franz Stigler flew, now we can fly the Ye Olde Pub that Charlie Brown and his crew piloted! (yes, his name was actually Charlie Brown and is in now way a reference to the Peanuts comics)
@KingOog000 well the AI Plane that you spawn in has to be either slower than you, or the exact same speed, in order to prevent it from kamikaziing you. If you’re faster, you can always decrease throttle until you’re moving the same speed, and if you’re the same speed at 100% throttle as the AI, then there’s no need for throttle adjustment. I recommend doing it with the same aircraft you’re flying, so both you and the AI have the exact same maneuverability, speed, acceleration, and agility.
I go without posting on the website for like a month at a time, except during that month, I’m constantly building random stuff that I immediately forget about, so when the time comes, I look for creations of mine that I haven’t posted yet, and go haywire with posting ridiculous things every week, sometimes every couple days. And then once I run out, nothing for another month or two.
This is probably one of the more fun aircraft I’ve made in a while, it can fly underwater just as good as it can in the air! Not only that, but as I was designing the bioluminescent designs on the fuselage, it ended up reminding me of the bioluminescent patterns on a WoF SeaWing, so I kinda went along with it and gave it more detailing that would kinda hint towards that. Idk, probably isn’t as cool looking as I think it is, but that’s it for now. Still working on it!
@Nerfaddict well then that’s you I guess, I was mainly referring to myself, in a poor attempt to mock the “PC Master Race” players who believe they’re all superior to mobile users in SP.
@bjac0 not exactly, I’m making the Tic-Tac UFO, a flying craft that can accelerate to insane speeds instantly, along with decelerating instantly as well. It was seen near the USS Nimitz during an F-18 training mission, and when the F-18 pilots were asked to intercept the object, it matched their speed and maneuverability, and essentially played cat and mouse with them for a moment before zipping off at impossible speeds. Another incident occurred with the Nimitz, where one of the ships in her fleet detected four of the Tic-Tac UFO’s on their radar, at around low earth orbit. Suddenly, all four objects had descended to sea level within half a second, and no sonic boom from sound-barrier-breakage was heard. They’re still seen today, droning around and meandering about in our skies; their pilot’s purpose? Who knows? Regardless, it’s clear that regardless of their purpose, we are technologically inferior to these little Tic-Tacs.
Idk what’s happening here, it seems like when you look at the trees, they appear 3D, but when you turn the camera, it’s revealed that they actually render in 2D, and take a bit to update their visual model to look 3D again, which allows you to see them momentarily in their 2D form. I usually only play at Wright Airport, and since there aren’t any trees there, I wouldn’t know how long this has been happening, but they’ve always appeared perfectly 3D in the game whenever I play. Is this a glitch? Or is it just something normal that I’ve never noticed before?
For reference, I have all my graphics settings on their highest possible, including Image Effects. (sun flaring, and texture saturation)
@AndrewGarrison
Also yeah kind of an unofficial teaser for my Tic-Tac UFO lol
Fixed it! I tagged you on an unlisted post :)
@Learpot oh lmao
Yeet

@WiiWiiTheMini if that’s the case, then it was probably Derp lol

A
@KnightOfRen true, I did make the TR-3A and the TR-6, but those aren’t anywhere close to how big the XFWB and the XFWAC are.

I’m scared

@Nerfaddict yes sire?
@5Ewok haha yeah, kinda like my SHMT that I made a couple weeks ago lol, that has around 1,300 parts
@TeaKippy honestly, it’s really cool looking!
@Numbers oranges
It’s ok, we mobile users don’t really take pride in our SimplePlanes careers.
@Numbers yep
Put one of those wacky waving inflatable armed tube man things that you see outside car washes on top of the superstructure
@Numbers the hills would be alive with the sound of earthly explosions.
As a creator of not one, but two absolutely massive flying wings, I can confirm, they suck lol
Yeah, and then use the working tablet that can play SimplePlanes, to make another working tablet that plays SimplePlanes inside the previous tablet.
@DemonicCryptid ?
@Winterro use your godly mech-making powers to help the common folk
Your definition of “not good at all” seems to be highly superior to the same definition from most other players, including myself. Awesome build!
Huh that red crewmate looks kinda familiar I wonder why
@K2K ehh what the heck. I’ll join!

The images are visible on my phone, so you’re good. As for the reshade, idk how that stuff works so I can’t really help, sorry.
May PyrhPan supply the military force?
@winterro I mean how does the walking mechanism make it move so smoothly with barely any jittering
How do you make things walk so smoothly wth
@NexusGaming feel free!
What’s your favorite thing to do in SimplePlanes?

@ollielebananiaCFSP interesting, I may try that as well as my original method.
@ollielebananiaCFSP sure
Interesting, I was working on something like this as well! What technique have you used here?
Why was I expecting SCP-173
Why does this have 19 upvotes I-

It’s so freaking beautiful, I can’t even believe I’m looking at a SimplePlanes video at this point.
Wow
Thanks for the input everyone lmao
@Learpot I just checked, and the 1,200+ upvote P-51 still has more comments lol
You did it, you crazy son of a bitch you did it!
@russianspy who didn’t he give credit to?
I like the minimalist design!
