Basically when a Moderator or a Dev posts a forum and pins it, it shows up everywhere so that there’s always a 99% chance you’ll see it, in order to maximize how much attention it gets.
@MobileMobileTheFriendly nope, TR-6A TELOS. It’s a high altitude, Transatmospheric Surveillance Aircraft that’s rumored to have a 1,500ft wingspan, most likely a government black project.
@TurtlesThatFly thanks! If you were wondering how I did it, (in case you wanted to try yourself) I took the screenshots normally, and then edited them via IbisPaint X. It’s really simple to learn, and the end result always seems to look nice.

I probably should’ve specified that neither of the top two images were made by me, only the SimplePlanes screenshots were by me.
I would love to add the squiggling pattern that can be seen in the GIFs and concept art, but man would that take a long time, and it would increase the part count 1,000fold.
EASY AND EFFECTIVE SOLUTION:
First, use overload to remove aircraft collisions from the engine, so that it can phase through objects.
Next, take a detacher, and set it’s detach force to a completely ridiculous number, try 1E+38.
Then, attach the VTOL Engine to the detacher, and make sure the detacher is aiming upwards.
Finally, set the detacher’s activation group to AG-8, so that it’s immediately activated the moment you spawn in.

If done correctly, the VTOL Engine should get launched quintillions of miles into the air, and have a roughly zero percent chance of coming back down. Due to how VTOL Engines work, it’ll still provide thrust to the VTOL Thrusters, even though it’s probably several million light years away from your craft. VTOL Thrusters don’t need to be above water to function, so this will allow the craft to work just fine, even if it’s completely submerged underwater!
Yes please T
Also, would it be ok if I could have an early release? I did a lot of research on the S-72 while I was making mine, and if you want any details I’ll gladly give them to you!
Points also seem to have lately become a thing of toxicity in the sense that people will make shitposts that end up getting more upvotes than actual good creations, and it really screws up the point system in the game, along with the idea that you need to post good things in order to get a lot of points or upvotes.
You’re making a Sikorsky S-72?! Yay! Mine can finally have a friend! I was the first person on the website to make an S-72, and mine has been the only one on the website for a while lol
@Gluck I don’t blame you, if this game had thrust physics like kerbal space program does, (i.e parts can actually get launched by the thrust produced by rocket and jet engines) it would create one hell of a death angel when it deploys flares.
@TurtlesThatFly
Me: makes an absolutely massive aircraft that could theoretically be created, and could also take out an entire military base in one fell swoop.

+2Cool!
what
This is the future of SimplePlanes
Using SimplePlanes for a school project is awesome!
+1@MobileMobileTheFriendly that’s ok, I was planning on making one myself anyway.

Cool aircraft, but only five people in your teaser asked to be tagged, whereas here you’ve tagged almost 30 people. 🧚♀️💅
+2Another One
@vasilisa11 the hell is this comment supposed to be?

That’s really cool!

@Squirrel
This just goes to show how much potential this game has
Looks badass!
I’m sure we all want to know, how on earth did you make those wheels?!
This is so much better than my S-72, awesome job!

But I can see it
Never been this early to an Andrew Garrison forum
Pretty accurate tbh

This is interesting, but how is it based off of my Black Triangle lol
banned for noclipping
+4BRUH what the hell these look real
Up Next on Planehub:
+4B-29 drops huge load on Japanese Cutie
Dude some of these look like real photos, that must be amazing to play SimplePlanes like that!
Please give us screenshots (follow what MeowCo said)
Sir do I need to call PyrhPan
Well that’s anticlimactic

Pretty cool, but impossible to control in boost mode

@WarshipWarshipTheDude I joined the dark side 15,000 points ago.
@WereOutOfNames what about quadruplanes
This is a very creative way to sorta add extra ships to the game without mods, I like it!
+3Reminds me of the cookie robots from Despicable Me lmao
+7@Highground well yeah, the AI in SimplePlanes isn’t exactly the smartest thing in the world lol
@Highground alas, this is not Ace Combat 7, this is SimplePlanes. Where we’re going, we don’t have plot armor, only chaos!

+1@Highground I have a feeling the Ace Combat protagonist, as powerful as they are, is the one who’s gonna hear boss music.
