The mini-el is a electric three wheeled car that was designed by Steen Volmer Jensen. It was first introduced in 1985 at a car show. The mini-el is one of few cars made by a danish company in Denmark. Its top speed is 60 k/ph.(Its really slow). Be awere that going over 40 k/ph and turning hard can result in flipping!
