Towards the end of the war the concept of an autogyro was being developed by numerous people and companies, RJ took their Pug fighter and heavily modified it to test the concept.
The autogyro is an interesting design that flies quite differently to most aircraft, as the rotor is unpowered it takes a bit of time to get it up to speed but once this has been achieved its quite manoeverable and is really fun to throw about.,
