The build

It was originally a personal build (also an old build). But I have made a complete overhaul on him, and and it was so beautiful that I couldn't keep it that to myself. Nothing is perfect, I've created it without blueprint... so it don't have a perfect shape, and there is many things missing, but I have just made it... for fun. So have fun with it !

The Canadair

The Bombardier 415 is a amphibious aircraft built originaly by Canadair (model: CL-415) and next by Bombardier. It is designed specifically for aerial firefighting but can also do SAR (Search and rescue). I've made the version of the "Sécurité Civile", which performs missions such as mountain rescue and forest firefighting in France. 12 CL-415 operates there, nicknamed "Pelican", for example I've build the "Pelican 17".

VTOL (down): Flaps
Chaffs/flares: Water drop

Advices
V2/Take off speed: ~100 kts
Landing speed: below 100 kts
When you take off from water, don't pull up at 60 kts, wait the aircraft to speed up (you can push down), when you exceed 80 kts you can try to pull up and take off.
