My second try at XML modding and it worked! VTOL down for flaps! It is able to be reshaped without reverting to roll. Free to use, but if you are using it give credit. Enjoy!

@sheepsblood I have added it to many of my ongoing builds already, and it doesn't revert back to roll when resizing the control surface or the wing itself. I can't help you sorry :/
