Ok, this is what I suggest.
Move the com forward,
Put some wight on the left side of the helicopter to make it more stable.
Put the giro to 5% stability and speed.
Put the tail rotor on headhold.
Decrease power on the rotor.
I'll post the one I tinkered with ,(as unlisted)
