History

In 1991, Exeron was in need of new air support solutions, and so, they contracted multiple companies to work on aircraft. EAC got to work on what was originally designated LAH-09, a single rotor light helicopter with a tail rotor. However, due to complications in the shafts, the fuselage had to be extended, but in the end the tail rotor did a poor job keeping it stable. EAC would later equip it with a larger engine, which allowed for a stacked rotor setup, and thus: The MAH-11 Mosquito was born. The Mosquito was presented at Rattenheim International Airport on August 9th, 1992, and was officially adopted by Exeron on January 21st, 1993. The aircraft's FCS is controlled from the forward cockpit section, with optical uplink to the Dominion LOTUS-19 Targeting pod beneath it. The targeting pod controls the aim of the missiles, but also the aim of the Macroware FT-30mm turret.

THANK YOU!!!!

@SleepyKitty also btw, feel free to take whatever from any of my builds. I want to make a large "part and system" post but I haven't got around to it, it'll be my 3 types of TVC, targeting pods, rotator sets, pylon sets, and custom missiles, alongside my afterburner line

@SleepyKitty thanks, I wanna say it's the easiest to dissect because I have the older models of it on the post, that was when I started doing segmented production with teasers

@SleepyKitty oh, I build my fuselages in segments, so:
Centre - Cockpit - Wing veins - intake lines - engine section - stabilizers and wings
With helis, stabilizing them is awkward and I like my stuff to be "natural" (so natural ejection, natural PSM, and so on) so a stack rotor (like the Ka-52/50) with the upper being reversed is the simplest stab system and it actually denies most the prop torque
