Very simple aircraft, no special controls.
VTOL: No flaps on the real cub, sorry.
TRIMS: Piper added those whole elevator trims so you can feel special, just like those airliners.

over 200 mph is realistic? im just askin i really dont know or am i supposed to fly at throttle 10%
Its only worked on high physcis so I fixed that I use low physcis
The landing gear/ suspension is most definitely not broken. You must of mirrored something improperly. @Pilothouston5
