The A-25T is the result of a cross-breed design between the Su-25T/UB and the A-10C, creating a versatile air-to-surface platform capable of handling a wide range of strike missions from radar suppression to close air support. Its loadout flexibility is one of its strongest traits, the aircraft can carry everything from unguided bombs to heavy anti-ship missiles. It also retains the Kopyor-M targeting pod from the Su-39, mounted beneath the center fuselage, though this station can alternatively support larger anti-ship weapons when needed.

Along its wing hardpoints, the A-25T can mount rocket pods, bombs, and guided air-to-ground missiles, with pylon number 4 reserved specifically for air-to-air missiles. Although the A-10’s GAU-8 did not make it into the final design, the A-25T carries a powerful single-barrel 27 mm cannon, loaded with alternating HE-F and API rounds in a 5-to-1 pattern, giving it enough punch for both armored and soft targets.
