Auto Hopup SSM(Playable and AI)

Description

This piece can be used by the player and the AI in aggressive mode.

Ideally, the target and the missile should spawn at a distance of at least 12km, at an altitude of at least 100m, and at a speed of about 300km/h. It is better if the missile can spawn facing the target to some extent. Don't forget to set the AI to aggressive mode!

Picture
The missile will automatically steer its path towards the locked-on target and drop its altitude to about 18 meters.It will hop up when it gets close enough to the target.

Picture
Picture
Dive and hit the target

Picture
It will hop up, but at about Mach 0.85, so enjoy intercepting with CIWS, missiles, and cannons.

Lastly, this missile is for anti-surface targets, as the terrain in SimplePlanes is too steep for terrain-following cruise missiles.

And thanks to PlanariaLab for helping me build the FunkyTree!

    @Anderssa22
    If you can get rid of the hop-up behavior, you can make Cleaver or Inferno missiles with them inside. However, it is very difficult for me to explain how to make them using only text.

    You can refer to my postings of penguin missiles and AAMs, as well as other people's postings of aircraft equipped with missiles that look different from SimplePlanes missiles.

    @KarlovyVary so how would I get it onto an aircraft? Or is it not possible at all?

    @Anderssa22
    If you want to make this missile a sub-assembly, you can't keep the Hopup feature. Again, this is because the behavior of the missile is determined using data obtained from the cockpit (like the cockpit parts on your aircraft providing you with altitude, speed, etc.).

    So if you put a missile in a different aircraft as a sub-assembly, it will not get those data and will not work properly.

    @KarlovyVary ohhh how do i make it a sub assembly without ruining the whole thing

    @Anderssa22
    You can't, because the missile's behavior is determined entirely by the data obtained from the cockpit on the missile, and the missile itself must be a single entity.

    How do you place it on f.example the wasp?

    @BailiAn The attack of this missile needs to be with the cockpit to obtain the distance from the target at all times. Installing it on the aircraft means that it will be separated from the cockpit, because the carrier of this missile is not the original missile. The missile can measure the distance by itself, so it cannot be separated from the cockpit

    @BailiAn 导弹的攻击需要驾驶舱来测距,他不能与驾驶舱分离因为这样就没法测定与目标之间的距离

    You just need to lock onto the enemy. You can't steer it by yourself. It's all automatic.
