@BMilan the black thing on top was inspired by the French dreadnought Courbet. It’s the lookout tower for the dreadnought. And the two tank are there to keep the ship stable and to stop it from capsizing

    Official evaluation

    - First Impression (2/5):

The ship appears as a pretty okay beginner build with the name being a bit over the top. The first test run was pretty okay as well, nothing special.

    - Design/Accuracy (4/15):

The ship seems to take inspiration from the late US standard battleship classes (in terms of hull and turret design) but with a twist as this one has 5 turrets instead of 4, and based on the very modern looking tower-like superstructure, I'm guessing it is meant to be a refit. I have no idea what the black object on the top is supposed to be but my guess is that it is a tripod mast with an observation post.
The ship goes pretty overkill with 15 guns but appears to have no secondaries or AA armament. The funnel sticking out from the back of the superstructure is also an interesting design choice.
I also have no idea what purpose those tanks on each side of the hull serve.
The ship also appears to be not 1:1 scale and a bit too small.

    - Details (3/15):

The ship has very minimal detailing, the decks are mostly barren with the only major detail being the US flag on the stern.

    - Features (3/20):

The ship only features basic movement and the usable main battery, the latter of which having some difficulties as the aft 2 turrets hit each other when turning.

    - Build Quality (3/10):

Most of the ship is pretty straightforward without using too many creative techniques to save on parts. I do appreciate the way the US flag was made, which was kind of creative to use only one part for the red stripes.
The aft two turrets hitting each other leads be to believe it was either not properly tested or it was a known mistake and was not fixed on prupose, either way, it could have been better.
It also appears the builder forgot his own controls as the description says turning is with Roll, despite the build actually using Yaw. The rudders (which are cosmetic only) also appear to be inverted, turning to the wrong way.

    - Performance (5/20):

The ship keeps bouncing on the ocean mod but stays afloat and even the bouncing is relatively manageable so it's acceptable.
The guns are not all syncronized but can all be easily trained to port or starboard for a nice broadside.

    - Description and Information (3/15):

The name is definitely not something that a ship's name would be (just USS Freedom would have been better, or if you really want a long name then perhaps USS Fourth of July could have been used as there were real ships in history named after dates)
The description itself is very barebones with basically a short builder's note and the controls (which are wrong) but without any kind of formatting.
