Messerschmitt BF-666 Teufelsdolch

Auto Credit Based on MAHADI's Luftwaffe Challenge (Closed)

The Teufelsdolch or "Devil's Dagger" was a high-speed interceptor designed to quell the allies never ending bombing onslaught. The combination of speed, agility, and low profile made it a hard target to hit. It was also equipped with 1 machine gun and a 50mm cannon which made it a versatile fighter. One downfall was its lack of armor which was omitted for speed.
It was also valued for it's size. Because of that, later iterations were created to be launched from battleships.
