Developed by the design bureaus of the Kirov Plants in Leningrad. The project was launched in 1949, but was canceled while still in the design phase. Rather than using the 203mm gun from the former Soviet SPGs, it mounts the 180mm. This caliber of the gun gives it a good damage meanwhile its reload time was better than the 203mm caliber gun.
this thing took me about 5 complete days to build, hope you can enjoy :)
AG8 and VTOL to traverse the cannon (20 degrees each side), AG8 and Trim to elevate the gun (+45/-3)
AG1 and VTOL to traverse the machine gun, AG1 and Trim to elevate it
Pitch to move forward/backward, roll to turn
landinggear to able the light in the front
"FireWeapon" to fire the gun (obviously), 3 shells in the magazine

open the stats of "Resizable wheel"
find a value named "Max Angular Speed"
the value should be initially 300, change it to 25-50 according to the size of ur wheel
u need some ground test and u can set the horsepower up to 1200 (some big number) so u can get up to a slope much easier

I have a question about this build: how did you limit it's speed to 42(ish)mph? This is something I tried to do for my own APC platform, but I never managed to figure out how to limit it's topspeed.
on a scale of 1 to ussr how much bias was put into this?
