@RailfanEthan unfortunately i am on ios, and cannot download mods, or xml mod parts, but if you want it to be able to work on the railway mod, feel free to change it, and repost it. Huge fan btw. This was a request on one of my forum questions, so if you want me to make something, you should request it there. :)
This is almost perfect for the Railway mod. If you make the wheels a bit more narrow and set the rotators to free spin it'll be perfect.
You can use my caboose and take the axle (just grab the middle part) for reference.
