With practical turbojet bombers a rarity even at the end of the war, the B.T24 came as quite a surprise. Although never leaving the prototype stages, this first-generation turbojet bomber displayed impressive performance after completing several pre-production tests. Able to fly at a speed impossible to catch by any piston-powered fighter, and armed with a heavier bomb load than any other competing concept at the time, some claim the B.T24's performance was too good to be true, and chocked the whole project up as a publicity scam by BSK.CORP at the end of the war. But, with no conclusive evidence to back up the conspiracy, and the only two prototypes of the B.T24 supposedly scrapped because of lack of demand for such an ambitious design, the truth may never come to light.
