L&N HT-175

The L&N HT-175 (Heavy truck 175) is a truck designed by L&N to rescue them after the F-4A4 debacle during the mid-2000’s. With future-retro looks, it fit right in. Because it was being marketed to primarily America, it had the trusty rusty 5.6L L&N V8 in it. It went on sale in ‘06, and crushed the F-150 and Ram 1500 in sales. The only competitor now was Chevy. After selling 250,000 their first year, production continued to ‘08, where the market crash and resulting wave of demand for cheap, small econoboxes swept out the HT-175. 2,537,223 were sold, with the last one sold to Mr. N himself. (That’s me)

K so I said in the vid I made I said I put a piston in for the hood stand. I accidentally deleted that version and it didn’t occur to me until now. I hope y’all’s don’t mind a big shiny stick in the passenger footwell. Pretend it’s a dog and pet it now and again.
