As part of the aid given by the Snowstone Government to the Wright Isles after a terrorist attack, combat engineers from the SNC's HQ Mobile Support Unit were deployed to assist in reconstruction efforts.
Part of such efforts is the removal of mines and debris, which is done by this specialised vehicle. This vehicle features a plow to crash into debris, 7 missiles and rockets in the event combat engineers are sure that they're in a spot where terrorists hide, and a machine gun loaded with explosive rounds for a bit of oomph.
Instead of windows, the occupants use CCTVs to monitor the situation around them. The igloo design worked well unintentionally when we tested it as it blended in with the CEMENT IGLOOS provided by Snowstone to rebuild every portion of the Wright Isles.

@SamuelJamesCastor here's the thing, the buildings in the Wright isles were tall so that more people could live in them. That's how we got 8,000 people in there, unfortunately, 3,000 died.
