So, the Ruskies had the Fitter, the Americans had the F-14 and F-111, the French with the assistance of RJ decided to design and build a swing wing fighter based on the existing Mystere blueprints to keep costs down (which incidentally didnt work, the swing wing mechanism required substantial rebuilding of the fus along with the altered undercarriage postion).

VTOL up = flaps
VTOL dn = retract wings
VTOL neutral = no flaps or retract
AG1 = reheat
AG2 = airbrakes
AG4 = small drop tanks
AG5 = detach steps
AG6 = large drop tank (2200l)
AG7 = Nav lights
Trim = elevator trim
LG = landing gear and doors

    @BogdanX did you delete the message where you gave me to the FT formula for releasing the detacher once it moves? My reply went, "good call, I will do that in the future. Just annoying that the game spawns at such a height that it rotates backwards without it... (I didnt want cog any further forwards, I like trundling up the runway with the nose in the air" and now i have the same problem to solve... If you have it i would appreciate it.

    @asteroidbook345 well, no I didn’t get to fly the Gooney Bird, I only got to fly on one. A few times. It was the embassy airplane at that time and I was just a kid.

    Good inspiration. Back in 1974...? I was flying as a family member on the embassy plane from Chad to Spain when we stopped over at the Canary Islands. The Spanish AF had parked a Mirage F1 in the ramp next to our VC-47 and I remember vividly walking around the jet enthralled by that jet, all pointy and as perfect a looking fighter as ever was. I also like this vid of a little F1 low flying action...

    @ChiChiWerx thanks :) I even overpowered it just so it's fun to fly around. Have you seen the photo of the mirage f1 with wheels retracting just after lift off while also carrying the massive centre line tank? That was my main inspiration for finishing this / loadout.

    And Qin case you didn't know, the french swing wing fighter was the Dassault Mirage G. It was unfortunately cancelled after some prototypes were built.
