"Night Thief"
I made the name lol
Do you like fictional aircraft?
Well, I have a semi-fictional one for you! The F-19 never flew, but it existed as a model kit. Well, many model kits, seeing as it's regarded as one of if not the best-selling model of all time. The F-19 was an attempt to guess what the F-117 would look like, but any look longer than a quick glance can reveal some major differences (although the F-19 looks much more similar to the F-117's predecessor, Have Blue).
This F-19 here isn't exactly a dogfighter- I know, not exactly common for me and my three-second turn times lol. Instead, it relies on speed, decent missiles, and you guess it:
S t e l t h
Fun Fact:
Nobody can really decide on the F-19's name. In reality, "Stealth Fighter" is the official name, but I refuse to leave it at that since that's more or less just the type of aircraft rather than its name. Like calling the B-52 the "B-52 Strategic Bomber," just doesn't work! Other names I've heard include "Stealer" and "Frisbee," with the former of the two being the only real name the F-19 has gotten in model kits. I've also heard "Ghostrider" a time or two. Ultimately I went with Night Thief, simply because I figured that if the plane is both fictional and has many names, I should throw one into the mixing pot!
Also, on the topic of the F-19's name, technically I gave it the wrong designation: the famous F-117 wannabe was actually just called "F-19," whilst "F-19A" was given to its less-known cousin, the "Specter," which looked like something straight out of Ace Combat 8 (we are still waiting for 8, bro 🥀)
Oh also, one more fun fact: the F-19 marks the end of PEA-G "Batch 2." You probably won't notice this too much, seeing as Batches only refers to periods of time in which groups of PEA-Gs were made. Just a little fun fact.
PEA Lore:
Ah, the F-19 is quite the troublemaker in the PEA-verse...
In our universe, the '19 is in fact fictional, never being produced even as a prototype. But in the PEA-verse, it certainly exists, but everyone thinks it's fictional because the few people who know of it refuse to mention it, because the trolling got too much... also, remember how I said the F-1s flooded the USSR's media with so much rice that it collapsed? Well, they may have had some help from a certain rogue stealth jet...

@KPLBall Aite
@TheUltimatePlaneLover
Oooohhhhh
Yea makes sense
@TheUltimatePlaneLover 117N
@KPLBall Is 'zat F-117N or Wraith?
@TheUltimatePlaneLover I'ma just show you a pic....
Here
PEA btw
@M109simp Thanks :D
@KPLBall
1. Oh I see, I can only find a drawing of the Wraith but someone else on SP referred to the F-19 as Wraith as well
2. It'll take some time (because of the Nighthawk's difficult geometry) but I can try, PEA or just built regardless of PEA standards?
@TheUltimatePlaneLover Beautiful!
@TheUltimatePlaneLover Also can you build the War Tycoon F-117N Seahawk with closest target locking missiles?
@TheUltimatePlaneLover tak, and it's not the Spectre from what I can tell, it's the Wraith.
@KPLBall To my knowledge I don't think McDonnell ever did anything with the F-19?
Unless you're thinking of the Spectre (the other F-19)
Wasn't the F-19 a Mc Donnell Douglas prototype (on paper) bending electromagnetic waves?
@TheRLAF *Gen 4 refers to the my production of PEAs rather than the aircraft itself, as I’ve gone through four different “generations” of PEAs with different skills, styles, time periods, etc.
Pinned comment here explains it in more depth
How is this a gen 4
@TheUltimatePlaneLover lol
@SimplyElegant I always post planes in Unlisted before unleashing them to the public, this one’s been waiting a while lol
