in the late 1990's a meteorite crashed on the Tiber River, Italy, bringing a mysterious but extremely valuable substance, Tiberium.
This new fuel source and building material soon led to WWIII, with Millions of civilian casualties due to the Toxicity of Tiberium.
An ancient secret Society called The Brootherhood of NOD, started to wage Guerilla war on the rest of the world in order to obtain as much tiberium as possible for their Tech, and Bio-weapon R&D.
As a response to this new threat, the Global Defense Initiative (GDI) was formed.
Equipped with the best technologies by some of the brightest surviving scientists, this coalition is a promise of a better future for mankind.

Introducing Orca II.
A Close support VTOL Aircraft with unlimited loitering capabilities, and Heavy armament.
Fueled by Tiberium, the Orca II can remain in the air as long as there's someone in the cockpit.
Unlike earlier Orca designs, that were fueled by petroleum based fuel.

-Directional Thrusters for improved control.
-Basic but informative Cockpit, designed to increase situational awareness.
-Auto Hover Gyro -AG7 on + throttle at 20% on the Vertical line, Reduce speed.

-An Upgraded M61 Vulcan, designed for long range engagement.

-VTOL- Engine rotation from full horizontal to -20 degrees forward.
Used for leveling the nose in Horizontal Flight.
-Trim- Extra 45 degrees of reverse movement for the engines, used for stopping and maneuvering.
