Another Scorpion!

The second of three to be precise.

Ello

So pray tell,

What makes the F-89D different from his older brother, the F-89B?

Well, obviously the fact that the tip tanks have been replaced with rocket pods- and big ones, too! Armed with over 100 air-to-air rockets, the F-89D presents a much more lethal sollution to bombers, while the F-89B could knock one out in a few hits, the F-89D only needs one. The D-variant of the Scorpion also has a longer nose (presumably for radar/avionics, I didn't do enough research 😭), and the pods where the fuel was once stored are bigger to accommodate for the rockets.

Oh, that's not all though!
This version comes with a unique livery: Battle of Palmdale!

That's right baby, TUPL Premiums! You can get it now for 20000 Golden Eagles!!! Nah, I'm kidding, it's free, here you go.

That's pretty much everything you need to know about the Scorpion-D.

Happy Hunting!

And please, intercept the darn Hellcat this time.
